Whenever you move, it's always a challenge to find a good new roster of trusted professionals to help you with your projects. Electric Universe is now our new trusted electrician.

While it may seem simple...finding a responsive and responsible company can be quite challenging. Ross and his team were professional, on time, efficient and overall just great to work with. And the price was very reasonable. My wife and I are incredibly happy with the work they did and will absolutely hire them the next time we need any work done.

We've been using Electric Universe for a few years now, and they are great! They are always on time, and if they are ever going to be late they call! It's so rare to find a company that communities so well. Their work is excellent. We recently used them for our new home and they installed attic fans, ceiling fans, light fixtures, outlets, etc. And they're also very reasonable, and a great group of guys.

I found Electric Universe on Angies List. When I called they were so friendly and gave me prices right away. On the day of the job, they called me 20 minutes beforehand, just like he said he would. I had two ceiling fans installed. They did a great job! I will definitely call them again!

After never hearing back from another high Yelp reviewed electrician, I found Electric Universe and can confirm that they deserve all the positive reviews. Ross responded to my inquiries immediately and was able to come out and fix some issues at my old house. We moved shortly thereafter and Ross and team took care of some open items discovered during the inspection process. Ross and Electric Universe are professional, efficient and reasonably priced. I found Ross on Angies list and he was as good as it gets! I called him on Thursday for a piano that was from France and didn't plug in properly and by Tuesday the plug was received and working!! Ross at Electric Universe asked me for a photo of the item and plug then proceeded to send me a link on Amazon of what I needed to buy. The plug worked!! When another plug I bought without knowing his advice did not. HE is great on all levels and the price was inexpensive. I highly recommend Ross and Electric Universe and will come back to him when needed. He also recommended a 500 watt plug for my wine fridge from FRANCE. I feel confident that he knows what he is doing and when the plug it arrives it will work. I am pleased. Couldn't be better.

Ross and his team are simply incredible! We hired them for various electrical projects around our new house, and they delivered on all levels. Ross (the owner) even stopped by the house unprompted, to ensure everything was working perfectly and to see if there were any additional questions.

Several months later I had an electrical issue that required attention, and within a couple of hours, Ross was at my front door. His promptness is fantastic.

We have dealt with dozens of contractors over the years, but Ross is amongst the very best in many respects. We tasked him with placing security lights and cameras on our property after a theft. Not only was he immediately responsive; he went out of his way to fit my crazy schedule and evaluate the job. His estimate was very fair, and his workmanship top notch. What impressed me the most, however, was his followup. When i had a glitch in the camera electronics (my fault for changing wifi systems) he came up and adjusted it for minimal cost. A second issue with another system (again my doing) he fixed for free! Ross is diligent, thoughtful, and fair. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Wow! First, the Yelp response to a quote request was super fast. Then Ross came for a free in-person estimate and itemized each repair. After debating for a few weeks about what we wanted done, we settled on a few of the bigger items. But let it be known that EVERY single repair quoted by Electric Universe was less expensive than the other three we got elsewhere. Electric Universe was clearly the way to go price-wise. Then when we requested a specific time of day for the work to be completed, they made it happen! When the team showed up after a quick text to say they'd be on their way, everyone was in uniform, pleasant, and professional. They had the work finished in the timeframe estimated (actually half an hour early!) and cleaned up thoroughly. Our new pendants look great, and so far so good as far as the new circuitry is concerned. I would highly recommend Ross's team for electrical needs. Thank you!
