Wow! First, the Yelp response to a quote request was super fast. Then Ross came for a free in-person estimate and itemized each repair. After debating for a few weeks about what we wanted done, we settled on a few of the bigger items. But let it be known that EVERY single repair quoted by Electric Universe was less expensive than the other three we got elsewhere. Electric Universe was clearly the way to go price-wise. Then when we requested a specific time of day for the work to be completed, they made it happen! When the team showed up after a quick text to say they'd be on their way, everyone was in uniform, pleasant, and professional. They had the work finished in the timeframe estimated (actually half an hour early!) and cleaned up thoroughly. Our new pendants look great, and so far so good as far as the new circuitry is concerned. I would highly recommend Ross's team for electrical needs. Thank you!

I found Electric Universe on Yelp because we needed some new electrical and Ethernet outlets installed in our office. They were incredibly responsive to my request for a quote, came out to give me an estimate within just a few days, and were equally prompt in responding to all of my questions, emails, etc. Ultimately, they won my business because of their professionalism and competitive pricing. On the day of the job they were on time and respectful of the environment. They meticulously cleaned up after themselves - once they were done, you couldn't even tell we had work done earlier that day. Best of all, the team was courteous, professional and, of course, they did everything they promised at the price that they estimated. No surprises here! Ross was so great! I filled out the form on their website Sunday evening and they got back to me late morning on Monday, and was able to fit us in late Monday afternoon. I found Ross at Electric Universe on Yelp and Nextdoor websites and called him for an estimate to install a Ring Doorbell and repair a broken electrical light switch. He responded quickly to my voicemail and we arranged for him to come the next day. He called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He was very easy to communicate with and answered all my questions. He installed the Ring hardware and the Ring app on our cellphones and helped us to understand and set up the features. I am quite happy with his professionalism and friendliness. I am recommending him to all our friends and family for future electrical work. Oh, and his price was very fair for the work performed.

I found Ross on Yelp and was very impressed with the reviews on him. We
hired him to fix an electrical issue with our pool. He knew what our problem was right away, whereas two other electricians that we got quotes from
were not sure what the problem was.
Ross had it fixed in half a day and charged us only half the amount that the
other two quoted us. Since then, we
have had him install a new fan, a surge
protector, 3 new breakers, a transfer switch and an outlet to our generator.
Ross has excellent customer service
and really knows what he is doing.
