They quoted a price that was lower than a couple of other electricians we spoke with and they stuck to it. They arrived on time, called ahead, and were very friendly and accommodating. They removed our chandelier and extended the wires so it would hang lower above the dining table and they did it quickly, cleanly, with no issues. We would definitely use them again.

We moved into our house in December only to discover quite a lot of DIY electrical work... SOME was visible during inspections, but the majority of it was hiding behind the sellers personal items as they were still living in the space. We had loads of loose outlets, breakers that were double tapped, wiring (some not covered properly) running everywhere in our attic, and extension cords... EVERYWHERE. Extension cords spliced behind the TV, extension cords repurposed into outlets... I will never have to buy another extension cord. Needless to say we didn't feel totally safe in the space, especially with our 10 month old crawling around the loose outlets.
Ross came out to look at the space and give us an estimate. We had gotten a few quotes we didn't feel comfortable with. From day one I felt good about working with Ross and I appreciated that he didn't make it seem like the electrical in our attic was completely doomed. Felt even better when he emailed the next day with the quote and it was totally reasonable for all the work we were looking to get done.
About a week later Ross, Mario, and Manuel came out to get started. They are all rad. Super patient with me and my many, many questions and concerns as they upgraded our electrical panel and worked through the house bringing us up to code. They were also super flexible and easily adapted and adjusted as our list of things to do grew longer and sometimes changed slightly.
Anything (in the Universe) we need done electrically moving forward, we'll be calling Electric Universe. Can't recommend Ross and the team there highly enough.

Omg I can't say enough about how happy I am with this company!
I had a bit of a lighting emergency and needed help right away with my issue.

We had our entire house rewired and up to code. Rossen, Luis and Manuel are a great team. They were very professional and took all of our concerns seriously and worked with us to accommodate what we wanted and needed. The project took a bit longer than expected, but rewiring a1950s house needed that extra time. We got a new panel, recessed lighting and security cameras installed. Had other company quoted me the same job, but some wanted to charge just to come out a quote the job. Others didn't want to pull city permits (taking short cuts). Glad we went with Electric Universe city inspection passed with no issues.

Just had an electric vehicle charger installed in our garage and the guys from Electric Universe couldn't have been nicer. We lost some screws for the charger and they were quickly able to find a workaround. Great job would DEFINITELY hire again!

Our electricity went out upstairs and we started calling electricians. This was the only one that answered. They couldn't come until the next day and I said ok but let her know it was urgent. She called back a hour later and said they could come that day. The front desk is so nice and helpful. I completely appreciate it. The electricians showed up and fixed our problem quickly and easily. They were both friendly, nice and knowledgeable. Definitely will call them again if needed.
