I'm helping an elderly neighbor with a $5,000 overcharge -- Electric Pro's gave her a written bill for $550.00 but charged her credit card $5,550.09. Electric Pro's told the credit card company it is valid because she signed for it and refuses to refund the money -- yes she signed a blank screen on a phone like all of us do with the mobile payment devices after seeing the written bill.

A very shady company. Huge overcharge after delaying giving me an estimate. Tried to get me to make a false claim to my insurance company. Made me feel very uncomfortable. STAY AWAY.....

I just want to let you know how much of a rip off you are on installing my fan in the ceiling, with other vendors this afternoon would cost about $150 to $200. The gentleman you sent sat at my house reading directions on how to install, he didn't have any idea on how, he was a journeyman electrician. There was a light there before, he didn't have to run any wires, he left all the electric screws, he used no wire, or wire nuts or even a switch etc. The other item is he called he would be at my home between 8:00 a.m. and 8:15 a.m. and showed up at 10:30 a.m. I am posting this in the Platina post which is the local magazine and putting on yelp to avoid others from being affected and also the better business bureau. $ 479 is at least $250 to much. You also told me you would call me on my cell last week and didn't. I recommend to all not to use this company.

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!!!! INSURANCE SCAM!!!!!!!! I called Fred at 2:00 PM and he did not show up until 9:30 PM... Once in my home he worked for an hour changing three outlets and came back with a $550 bill for me and a $700 bill for my insurance. He kept adding a hidden Service Charge and Traveling Expense, and rounding his working time way up (to 2 hours). He also insisted on getting my insurance information to bill them as well. He inflated all the part costs (1 plug in Home Depot is worth $0.68 and he was charging $30). DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! He was also unpleasant to be around and aggressive.

Do not use this guy. He completely ripped me off, was awkward to work with, unpleasant, did not listen to my instructions, and gave me a final bill that was way different from what I was first told. Don't ever do business with them..

Also found out about hidden service charge after the fact. And refused to charge for actual time but rounded WAY up TO next hour, inflating the price. He was aggressive and rude.

Doug, the technician was unpleasant, he showed up late, he worked very slowly (they charge by the hour) & the light fixture was left hanging loose on the wall. Then he said he had to leave to take his wife to the airport before finishing the job.

They had a $60 'truck charge' which was not mentioned when the appointment was booked.

When we called the office, owner John Amond went on the aggressive right away and was very condescending.
