Karl J.The owner was doing work in my neighborhood in Oakland Park Fl on the 5th of January, 2024 and drove his van into my newly sodded yard and blamed me for not having a fence.
Unprofessional and not trustworthy. He did not leave a note on my door stating that he caused the damage. I had to look at my camera and he did own up to it after I told him about the footage. The owner of the house paid for the damages after I called my landscaper or am estimate.
Use at your low risk. Contractors should not cause damage to others private property.
