I chose Electric Medics to upgrade our electrical panel (and a few other things) based on rave 5-star YELP reviews and I was not disappointed! These folks are top notch! These electricians are friendly, detail oriented, extremely knowledgeable, and competent.

The process took a few weeks due to permits and inspections, but that is to be expected. Once the job got started, the communication between EM and me, the customer, was fantastic (a hat tip to Kristina!). I always was given a heads-up as to when the electricians would be working and they were always on time.

The results speak for themselves. My panel is unbelievable. The stucco work was outstanding. The installation of an external power port on the side of the house was expertly done and looks (and works) fantastic!

Electric Medics also does something that really impressed me. Under the watchful eye of their very experience electrician, they had an apprentice do some of the work of the installation. We need young folks to engage in the trades, and the apprentice I saw (Jacob) was enthusiastic and meticulous in his work. Great idea EM! You should be congratulated for participating in the schooling of future electricians!!

All of the inspections went without a hitch and I couldn't be more pleased.

I will be calling Electric Medics for all my future electrical needs. I feel bad, because they deserve more than 5 stars!

The lady who answered the phone told us that if we needed a diagnostic of the problem, it would be $195. if service needed to be done. diagnostic charge will apply to it.
But diagnostic charge ended up didn't apply to the service.

Another issue was a third person has to be called in as the first 2 person couldn't solve the problem, we were charged for 2 additional hours for diagnostic.

our problem was fixed . Our bill was around $800.

Posting this to remind you to be mindful and to be aware. It is always good to use a company someone you know recommend

Not enough great things can be said about Mike and his team--they informed me of all things that would be done and could be done, and Christina always went above and beyond in her emails and texts with me. I am thankful to have found them for updating our electrical work, and am looking forward to hiring Electric Medics again once we get into a kitchen remodel!

Mike came out for a quote on getting a new electric panel. He was extremely professional, friendly, and most importantly, honest.

My house was built in 1985 so the panel is quite old, but he let me know that there is no need to replace/upgrade it unless I planned on getting solar panels or an electric vehicle in the future.

His honesty and integrity saved me the hassle of having to go through an unnecesary upgrade, costing thousands of dollars, to replace a panel that is in good enough shape for my home / energy use.

I will for sure be calling them back for any future projects. Thank you Mike and Team!

At 4:55pm on a Friday, a quadrant of my home's electricity stopped working that included my fridge. Ack! Christina answered the phone, walked me through a couple of things to make sure it was none of the obvious reasons, then got me scheduled in for the next day. (Meanwhile was able to plug the fridge into an outlet still working, whew!) Jake came and did not make assumptions of what was wrong, he started at the beginning checking the panel and moving on from there. Found that a neutral wire pooped out at one of the outlets, put in a new one and ta-da, I'm back in business with work covered under the basic service call charge. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
