I've had Matan Wolf come out to our house twice now to help with some low voltage electrical issues relating to our network. Matan was knowledgeable, friendly, and very generous with information to help me understand the situation; he resolved the problem each time incredibly fast. I needed an electrician because I had no power in my house and it was 90 degrees in my house !! I randomly found Electric Heroes on the Internet when I called Idan ( the owner of the company ) answered the phone and said he would be at my house in 20 min ( he arrived in 10 ) He found the problem in less than 15 minutes !! He absolutely very well could have told me other things that were wrong and I would have believed him. He was very honest. I would definitely recommend him to ANYBODY !!

I appreciate that the technician came earlier than scheduled but that could mean I might not be home (they came at 10 am when my schedule was 1-2pm). My garage door and the electric socket next to it lost power overnight so I decided to give EH a try. However, for a service that only took 2 minutes (if at all) and a mere pressing of a button, I was charged the diagnostic fee of $185. I understand professional fee and all but for a 2 minute service and pressing a reset button, I am not sure if charging this much is warranted. I contacted them and appreciate the 50% discount but even that, I still felt a little robbed. I have contacted services through yelp where companies come for free estimates but I guess charging a flat rate diagnostic fee is the norm for electricians?

Kevin, my electric hero was GREAT! He changed my range electric outlet and was quick and professional. He showed up on times wearing a mask to protect us and himself. I would definitely recommend Electric Heroes.

I contacted Electric Heroes last week to get an estimate on the light fixture I wanted done and they responded promptly to what I considered a reasonable price. They sent over their associate Kevin Martinez who did an amazing job in installing the light fixture and my new LCD dimmer He was friendly and patient considering I had a considerable amount of questions - the next time I need electrical work done, I will definitely contact Electric Heroes and ask for Kevin -

Our rental property needed new light sockets to replace the old 4 pin (hard to find and very inconvenient). Found Electric Heroes and met w/ Matan. After learning more about our situation, we decided to replace all 4-pins. All 14 of them. The new lights were much brighter with less electricity consumption! Loving it. Matan was great help guiding us through the whole process. Kevin who installed it, did an awesome professional job. I'd hire Kevin any day! Very happy and I am sure my Tennant will happy as well.

Hired Electric Heroes to handle some small jobs around my house. They came out and provided a cost estimate and said it would take a half day to complete. The technician showed up on time and finished in about half of the time estimated! I really appreciate contractors that do the job asked (excellently), affordably and quickly (under promise and over deliver!).
