Electrical Heroes are the real heroes. I called them late at night for an electrical problem because all of my lights and outlets short circuited and wouldn't turn on. In less than 10 minutes they fixed all the problems. Amazing work, honest people, highly recommended!!

I needed a pendant light hung over the dining room table and the existing flush mount light in the center of the room removed as well as a new fan mounted in my kids room.

They were able to evaluate the scope of the job within about 2 mins via a video call - gave me a cheaper estimate than I had received from another electrician who wasn't even licensed - scheduled the job within a week and once they arrived, finished everything easily within an hour.

The technicians were polite, respectful, professional, efficient and even grabbed a broom and swept up the small amount of dust that had fallen from the ceiling.

10/10 would hire again.

The service was amazing. Jesus was very professional and kept me up to date with any important step in the process. He also saved my house. We were testing my new car charger. Sparks began to fly and my house almost caught fire. Jesus rushed to shut the power off despite the box being very hot. Afterwards he discovered some undersized lines and his boss came out to assess the situation. They got pg&e to disconnect and they replaced the undersized line and burnt conduit day of to return power to me that day. I can't thank them enough.

Had a simple job (extend a circuit) and other companies seemed to be shying away from it, perhaps because it was a small job. Electric Heroes did a virtual estimate and then were able to do the work the very next day for half of the price I was quoted by another company.

Going back and forth to schedule an estimate was a hassle, then I was charged twice before they even showed up. It cost me $300 to get the estimate (they claimed it was a service call charge to diagnose my problem, but other electricians came out for free and did the same thing calling it an estimate). I do not recommend Electric Heroes.

They only do virtual consultations and I scheduled a consultation from 12-1PM. They did not call me until 2PM and when I asked for an estimate, I never received one. Complete waste of my time.

This is my second time working with Electric Heroes and they are great! Really like how easy it is to book apts, virtual visits and online experience. Jesus was super helpful and efficient in getting several recessed lights installed. I appreciated that he was knowledgeable and made recommendations and problem solved.
