We have used Mike many times to fix our electrical problems and he has always done an excellent job and charged a reasonable price. Last week our AC unit finally died and needed to be replaced. While replacing the unit Mike discovered our roof was not adequately shored up to take the weight of the new unit. Mike worked an extra 2 days fixing our roof before he could hook up our new AC. He does a professional job every time. We will call him for all of our electrical and AC needs.

My mom's ac started to fail so I called Mike (Electric Guy) and he was able to come out to see it in a few hours. He made an assessment of the situation and checked out all parts on ground and in the attic, he made a repair, did some needed maintenance of the coils, added Freon and we are back in ""cool"" action within a couple hours. He was professional and took the time to explain to us about the situation, care and maintenance of our older ac. He also was fairly priced and guaranteed the work he did. We will definitely call him again if needed.

This guy is a crook, I believe the people who are giving him good reviews are related to him, or he is giving himself these reviews. I had a appointment for 12 noon with Michael Azoiani to repair my air conditioner, not only was he 2 hours late, the guy never called to say he was running late. I had to call him many times trying to get his ETA, and when he showed up he was rude and unprofessional. The work he performed took about 20 mins and he charged me $385.00 for something that should have been around $150.00 tops. I will never use this guy again, and I urge all of you to avoid him, he may fix your air conditioner but you will need to go see your doctor later, because he's a pain in the ASS.

Michael was very friendly in person - but he didn't fix our broken AC and still charged $90. My landlady disputed the charge because the issue had not been resolved, and he was incredibly rude on the phone with me when he called about the disputed charge email my landlady had sent.

Michael told us we needed to replace the filter (which, it was honest of him to tell us we could replace on our own for the price of the $5 it costs at Home Depot, or we could pay him the $150..so I guess there's that) and other than that he simply glanced at the fan thing in the backyard, and put the old filter back in place. He switched the AC back on and had me wave my hand in front of a vent. I said something like ""hopefully that'll circulate around the house? maybe it's a little colder than before?"" and he left. I replaced the filter... and still the house got up to 86 degrees within a couple hours. My landlady called someone else, who immediately found several issues with clogged ducts, and a block of ice sitting on top of the fan because cold air had been stuck underneath all the crap that had been blocking it (dirt, lint, all kinds of gross stuff). That other AC guy left and the house cooled down about 5 degrees within half hour, and it's been running perfectly since.

It's a bummer I can't recommend the Electric Guy at all - because he was prompt and courteous in person. But after not fixing the issue, and then calling *me* about an email my landlady had sent (after me saying SEVERAL times, ""Sir, I'm not the person you should be talking to.."") and being very very rude on the phone - like interrupting, raising-his-voice rude - one star is the best I can do.

Our thermostat had all of the sudden gone out. We called around and got the normal quotes of we will come for 80$ and then we will see what it will cost.. Michael was the only one who would tell me what he would charge over the phone. This made me so happy right off the bat. When then found out that is was not just the thermostat but the compressor.. or basically half our whole AC unit. Michael was again great. He gave us a good price. We did compare his price with other people and found out he was really reasonable. The other people kept trying to make a big deal and try to up the price. I always feel gipped after appliances break and feel like the techs know we don't know anything and can charge what ever they want. After working with Michael I did not feel like that at all. He did a great job, was trustworthy, and was very patient with our 1 million questions. I hope we don't have anything else break, but if it does we will use him again and defiantly recommend him to friends.

I Just recently moved in to an old house and soon after I found by installing all of my modern appliances the dated wiring was on verge of being a fire hazard.I began calling electricians and The Electric Guy was the only one who was willing to come that very day.

Michael came to the rescue as soon as I called him. He gave me a very fair quote and stuck to it by the end of the job. He went above and beyond to repair the wiring and bring it up to code. He was willing to climb through the attic, remove all the old wring and install a new ceiling fan with wall controls. He was thorough, courteous, respectful, explained everything to me in detail and did the job in a very timely manner. I strongly recommend him.

We were in a pretty tough bind. Our driveway was days from being demolished and re-poured and we needed to have our A/C unit temporarily disconnected for the project to begin. Little did I know that one can't just rip it out of the wall and simply toss it in the garage for a few days. Michael arrived on short notice to disconnect the fan unit. He informed of us potential issues that we might need to look out for in the future, but didn't make a hard sell or insist we do anything. He was very professional in making an assessment and having us make the determination on next steps.

Naturally, after the great experience we had with Michael disconnecting the unit, we had to come back to him to re-install the fan. He communicated to confirm the appointment and provided updates along the way, as needed. The re-installation went off without a hitch and Michael again informed me of maintenance related issues I needed to be aware of to help prolong the life of the AC unit. Very friendly and quick. He even complimented the new driveway and said it would help keep the AC unit running in better shape with the reduction in dust and water. Excellent work!
