This company is beyond unprofessional and their work is sloppy. I hired them for a remodel and paid them close to 7k. Not only did they force me me to pay in full before the work was finished, but they blamed me and argued with me when I tried to get them out to complete the job. The head electrician is never on site to supervise, and Sofia is an unpleasant and a delusional person who thinks she has the scheduling under control; but she doesn't. I would never use this company again, and I strongly suggest you keep searching as they shouldn't even be in business.

I asked for an appointment online and was given the next available on the following day. I was also provided with a time of 10-11am of their arrival. They were late and arrived at 12noon. I did not receive a courtesy call, but once they arrived they immediately sought to fix my problem.

Fast service. They beat competing quotes. Installed a NEMA 14-50 charger for electric vehicle very profrssionally in the garage. No exposed piping. Would use them again for any home electrical needs.

Called them for an emergency. They were pretty accommodating at first. Sophia confirmed the appointment at 08:00AM - 09:00AM for the following morning. But, Victor did not show up until 10:00AM, and that was after so many texts and phone call.

Victor did not speak English well, so my tenants couldn't understand what he was saying. Then, he complained that tenants asked him to remove his shoes when entering the house. What a petty thing to complain about. Most other vendors will be respectful and wear booties, even.

To replace the meter, they quoted me a price, and after all negotiations, the price could not come down lower. So, I called another company that has much better reviews here, and got a cheaper quote. When I told Sophia that I no longer want their service to change the meter, she immediately lowered the price, but it was too late. At the end, I'm happy I did not choose them for a big job like replacing a meter.

I gave them a 2 for their responsiveness when making the appointment.

An Angel sent them to us we were in need of a lot off work to be up to city code..helped us in a major way..exhaust fans,hard wiring,electrical outlets..Went out of her way to pull permits..I will give them a call back..for future work,..Thank You Sofia. Linda Pryor

I've done business with Sofia for about 4 years now. She has always gone above and beyond to ensure that her work is done in not only a timely manner but also done to code. I've done several jobs where tenants weren't very flexible with their time, but thankfully Electric for you was.

Further, they stay true to their warranty. A building we recently re-wired and upgraded the panels was experiencing some issue. Sofia quickly put us on the schedule and checked out ALL TEN UNITS! Amazing!

A fantastic company! We wanted two fans installed in our new condo from our old apartment and Sofia hooked us up. Picture it, Downtown Los Angeles, August 2018. Donald Trump is President (it's true! That guy from the TV who doesn't know how to talk and has amazingly not had a coronary), NK has nuclear missiles, and Crazy Rich Asians is at the top of the box office. I had purchased and installed two ceiling fans that I really loved, but was moving to a new home that didn't have any in the bedrooms. I got a few estimates and Sofia came in with the best bid and said it could be done the day before I moved in. And oh man did they deliver.

They took the fans down, drove all the way across the city and installed them with new switches in the same day. The fans run beautifully and I've never been so satisfied. I look forward to working with them again and will be happily recommending them to all my friends should they need anything.

I like to support local small businesses so I picked this company to do some electrical work for my landlord. They are a husband and wife team and they did their best to make sure I was satisfied by the time the job was done. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Sofia handled the customer service aspect and was available through Yelp or via texting. All is well so thanks to Victor and Sofia for making it happen.
