Trace is a very personable guy that does excellent work for competitive prices. I had several items to update at my house including installing several new outlets, updating the fuse box, repairing an overhead fan and pairing it to a remote, installing new bathroom lights, and exterior lighting. He was also kind enough to replace an additional exterior light fixture at no additional cost. What impressed me most was his thoroughness during the initial appointment, he really took the time to investigate the issues, and he looked for ways to avoid unnecessary costs. I highly recommend him.

Trace did great work and at a reasonable price. We were adding built in cabinets to our living room which would have covered up some existing outlets. I wanted the existing outlets to be usable within the cabinets and also add in new outlets around some corners. He replied right away when others wouldn't even call me back.
I sent him an email telling him the issue, and instead of coming out & charging me, he gave me simple instructions to reset my breaker myself. He said if that didn't work, he was happy to come take a look. But it did!
Will absolutely use him for my electric needs in the future! What a guy.

Trace came highly recommended by a friend. He updated the electric panel, installed a ceiling fan (including junction box and wiring) and fixed non-working outlets to work in conjunction with the light switches in the bedrooms.
For the next project, Trace will be installing 4 recessed lights and updating a fifth light to match the new ones, as well as installing a 3 way switch with dimmers.
Needless to say, Trace did a fantastic job; fast, proficient and professional. He is my go-to guy for all of my electric needs.

Trace responded to our email request for an estimate on the installation of a ceiling fan with immediacy and clarity about the very reasonable cost and contractual details. He and Sean came the following day, completing the task as an organized and thoroughly professional team, explaining all steps in the process - which included the removal of a gaudy chandelier left by the previous owner in the master bedroom of our newly purchased home. Their tools and equipment even included drop cloths to protect surrounding furniture and stage the ceiling fan and light kit parts. Though one might wonder how a ceiling fan installation could surpass expectations, Trace and Sean did just that with their meticulous skill and teamwork as well as precision timeliness, from Trace's initial estimate response to arrival updates right up to their 20 minute commute for arrival AND the focused completion of the installation. Moreover, their good-natured and affable communication skills enhanced the range of their expertise while establishing our total trust and ensuring that Electric Empire is now a member of our own home improvement team for all forthcoming lighting projects.
