Great service by Armando on our electric wall heater. He arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem correctly, and returned with the proper switch -- all done in less than 90 minutes. So glad he didn't try to convince me to replace the entire heater when the fix was so simple. He also replaced a failed GFI in the bathroom quickly.

I was shocked by the bill. They did a fine job however they sent two journeyman electricians at 125$ sn hour each for a small job . Usually they send ine journeyman and an assistant . Certainly no reason to send two for one room .Also I believe 125 $ an hour to be alot for San Lorenzo Valley. I think I should have been informed ahead of time of their intention snd their steep fee. They were also totally unwilling to negotiate or compromise price .

I asked for a quote for electrical work to install a Tesla charger. They came the next morning to give the quote. After the quote, I said OK, do it. They installed the very next day, and the cost was quite a bit lower than what the quote was for. It works perfectly, no problems! Very professional looking installation.

I called Jeff this time to install an EV charger for me. He and his guy Jose, have installed a few EV charger before and even gave me a suggestion on which brand and where to buy it. They hardwire installed the charger for me instead of placing a V240 and plugging the charger in. The install was quick and Jose even switched out a couple of motion light switches for me (I hate them). The jobs were done in less then 2 hours. Jeff is always professional, friendly and always have great tips.

Jeff is awesome. We had a couple issues come up, and he was able to come over promptly (within the afternoon) and address them quickly and at a reasonable cost. We wouldn't think of calling anyone else to help with electrical issues.

Jeff was very helpful and kind - when we called him to help us with some non-functioning plugs in our kitchen, he diagnosed the problem right on the phone and saved us the cost of having him come out to solve the issue - it turned out one of the GFI plugs needed to be reset (we didn't realize that one GFI outlet affected another outlet that our microwave was plugged into - nice to know for the future, too).

We can highly recommend Jeff, who could have easily taken advantage of us and scheduled a service call - that was a very nice early Xmas present for us ... :)

I was returning home for New Years Eve after spending time in Yosemite. Guests were at my house when a neighbor's tree took down the power lines. The lines pulled two power poles askew as well as the weather head attached to my roof. While enroute I was able to get to Electric Electric right away. Jeff handled all the arrangements with my guests and came out within a couple of hours to assess the situation. The information I got over the phone was very clear as to what needed to be negotiated with PGE and the potential pitfalls that might come up. That evening when I was back home, I was able to get Jeff on my cell phone speaker and conference in a chat with the PGE supe who was working on the pole across the street. PGE did their thing that night and Jeff came out the next morning on New Years Day. I really felt he cared about getting power back for us and our neighbor for the holidays. He communicated well with PGE, was diplomatic, and was honestly appreciative of their holiday efforts too. All in all, it was done as quickly as possible with very little fuss. I felt I was in good hands and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Electric Electric.

We had just moved in to our new home when we found that we couldn't plug the dryer in! The outlet was different than the plug for the dryer and my husband was worried about shocking himself. So I looked on yelp to see if there were any local electricians with good recommendations in boulder creek. I found Jeff and called him that minute on a Sunday. He said he could come by in a few hours to see what the issue was. I had to run some errands and left to do so. I wasn't around to meet Jeff but my husband said he fixed the issue in about 20 minutes, answered all of his questions with clear and thorough explanation, and all for a great price. Really couldn't have asked for better help and love that he is local as well. I'm actually going to call him tomorrow to see about a few other things I might need his expertise with. Definitely recommended!
