Responded quickly and fixed more problems than we expected! One of our Ring doorbells was losing power and Spectrum had dected power running in some of our cables that was causing us to lose internet connection. Steven was great, not only did he identify what as wrong with both of those things, he was so quick to get it identified and fixed that we thought about what else he could fix during his trip. We had him look at some lights that hadn't been working and he found the switch was broken and changed that out quickly too. Yahoo! We're thrilled to have a good electrician to depend on.

After the many storms in San Antonio, the outlet for my refrigerator busted with one of the power outages. I reached out to ECS (Steven), and he quickly gave me a diagnostic estimate. I had other jobs That needed attention (faulty bathroom switch, outdoor lights went out, and a fan installation), so I scheduled Steve to come out. He was so professional, listened to all of my concerns, and before doing any work, gave me a price for the cost of labor. He replaced the refrigerator outlet, bathroom switch, installed fan, replaced outdoor lights, and a knot her fan light. I'm so pleased with all of the updates! Thank you!

Had some issues at home with electrical stuff that a few companies couldn't figure out. I called Steven and he had a plan worked out in less than a few hours and with very reasonable pricing!! He explained the process and kept me updated on how it was all going. He even gave me a call a few days after to check up on the work he completed. Very pleased with his work and will for sure tell my friends about him!! Thank you Steven :)

I would love to give this company a better rating, however I have concerns on 2 levels.

First, I requested a copy of the permit so that I could have an inspector look at the work; we are contemplating selling our home. The company did not pull the permit and when I brought it up they stated they only pull a permit when requested by the customer. I live in a city that requires permitting for everything and I would imagine this electrical company should know this.

Second, the work for the inside box was over 2k and they quoted 4-5k for the outside box. After the inside box was done, they stated they would do the outside for 3k, knocking 2k off for work completed. As an accountant this raised a red flag with me as that seems like a HUGE discount and made me wonder what the margins were.

I am all for paying quality work to certified professionals, however these 2 red flags made me reconsider further business. I hope I am a one off from their typically work and if so, this is unfortunate for myself.
