So I definitely would recommend for these guys to come out for all your electrical needs. Ed's Team came in and picked up where another, undisclosed, handyman failed to provide the service we needed. These guys restored heat to my house in the dead of winter and corrected an electrical issue in 2 bathrooms which is a necessity in any home. He also pointed out a couple other situations that will be needing attention. He made me feel at ease and reassured me that he would handle it. I will use his service again for sure !!!

We had a complicated and mysterious electrical situation. Our internet provider was claiming there was something interrupting our internet within our electrical system. Called Ed at Electice co. and explained situation. Right away he was ready to tackle the problem, did not shy away, said ""he loves this kind of stuff"". Other electricians ran for the hills when I told them our problem. Ed came out the next day and helped solve the situation working with the internet provider. I called Ed, at his published phone number, he personally answered immediately, listened to my service needs and immediately scheduled the job to be done for me at the exact time on the exact day that I requested. This was after I'd been waiting on callbacks from two other businesses for 2 days.
On the day of my appt. I got a call from the owner, the aforementioned Ed, who was driving to a meeting in the Bay Area regarding the death of a very close family member. Despite his great personal loss and involvement Ed made sure I wouldn't be inconvenienced by sending his own son to do the job at my house instead of himself. His son,Evan later called to inform me he could come at any time and was at Home Depot buying the particular light fixture I needed to be installed. Evan arrived promptly and quickly removed two old ceiling light fixtures in different rooms of the house, replacing them with state of the art flush mount LED fixtures making the house safer, brighter and way more energy efficient.
I appreciate good, efficient workers who know their stuff and get the job done in a timely manner. Evan was all these things and a pleasant, upbeat guy to talk to also. And I'll be always grateful to the owner, Ed who went out of his way to cater to my needs while going through a really tough emotional time of his own. The rating system here goes up to five stars but I'd give The Electric Company a 10 on a scale of 10!!! Great parts and labor and exemplary customer service at very reasonable prices...The Electric Company is the business I'll call again any time I need the help. Thank you Ed and Evan!
