If you want cheaper labor but unreliable electrician then Lee is for you.
This is the first time in my life I leave such a low rating, but let me explain why.
So he started very professional. He was responsive and very outgoing guy. He did a good job job figuring out the electrical challenge with my solar panels. Over all, his work is decent. But he is extremely unprofessional, dishonest and I don't think he took me and my wife seriously. Which is VERY disappointing. He even recommended me a guy to help remodel my trailer, who happens to be his friend, and it just cost me an extra 1,000 dollars to fix the mess his friend did to my trailer. When my inverter stoped working, he said he was gonna fix it but I literally had to text him more than several times to get a response. He was being unreliable, and took over a month to check out the problem. Then he gave an excuse saying that ""He thought"" is wasn't serious, and he even confessed that he wasn't even going to come check the problem even though I had a year warranty. After finally going back and fourth for weeks he did his job.
He did come to fix it, but it was just so UNPROFESSIONAL. He was not accountable about the warranty so I paid for the parts out of pocket because I need it to move asap. Anyways, my experience was not the best and I thought we were going to end in good terms. I did not file any legal action because honestly is not even worth it. I don't get why he acted that way at the end but I would definitely not recommend him AT ALL. I wish him the best regardless but never again.

Lee did great work for us on our ceiling fans. He helped guide us to the correct type of switch needed for our fans (after we bought the wrong one prior) and installed it in no time. Very fair prices and great quality. Dude knows what he is doing! Would recommend to friends and family in a heartbeat.

Lee saved the day when I blew a circuit that my living room / dining room / kitchen light was on!
I had been put on a first available tech wait list for a different company and another company couldn't make an appt for a week out.
I called Lee and he was able to come out the next day and took care of my issue and then troubleshot another issue I had been ignoring for years. He was personable and helpful and I will use him now for my electrical needs! Always good to find reliable service.

Lee is awesome. We needed a dead outlet replaced, and decided to upgrade a few other plates and switches.
A little bit of old-house roadblocks along the way, but Lee diligently ensured the work was done properly.

Lee installed a 240V receptacle in our laundry closet for our new dryer that was going to arrive. He had to run a new wire fell the receptacle to the breaker in our bedroom closet which meant having to make holes through our walls/ceiling. Other electricians quoted me such high prices and that didn't even include patching up the drywall. Lee gave me a very reasonable quote and it included patching up the drywall for us. Our dryer works great thanks to Lee's help! He pays very close attention to detail and wants to make sure you are happy and satisfied with the work. We will definitely call him again when we're ready to put up different lighting and ceiling fans in our new home. Another great thing about Lee is that he always makes sure he leaves your home clean of debris and dust from the job.
