Answered phone promptly and arrived promptly with his son. He was easy to talk to and the two of them worked quickly. I took two stars off because they quoted me $150 over the phone for my electrical outlet (which is expensive enough), then charged $200 when they finished their work (which took about 45 minutes including a but of gabbing). I don't appreciate people upcharging when they have you over a barrel and I think these prices are a bit outrageous to begin with so this is my only complaint. Otherwise, they seem to know what they're doing and I would use their services again....I'd just be very clear about the price next time and stand firm if they try to increase it for no real reason.

Ross is quite knowledgeable. He installed an attic fan quickly and professionally. AND he cleaned up afterwards, which is exceptional for most contractors. I asked him about another electrical problem and he was honest and offered great advice.
