I sent an inquiry request to several Electrician pros on Memorial day when I discovered all the outside outlet plugs of our house weren't working. I wasn't expecting a response on a holiday but Joel responded rather quickly. He called and tried to help me troubleshoot the problem over the phone walking me through specific things to check. He was very attentive and patient on the call. When we were unable to determine the issue that day, he got me on his schedule. Joel checked everything and was able to resolve my issue. I had a chandelier in my foyer dis-lodge from the ceiling and was hanging by the wires about 25ft. high. I called in the morning and Joel answered immediately and was able to come out that afternoon. Joel showed up with a huge ladder and successfully repaired the chandelier. Very nice guy, and I will definitely be using him again.
