I hired Elect Electrical for some indoor kitchen lighting work. Danny arrived on time. Danny did not have a mask on, and I offered to get him one. He refused it, saying he doesn't wear masks and turned and got back into his truck. In this day of a pandemic in which there is a contagious virus with no known cure and 180,000 deaths in the USA (and counting), for work inside a private home, all service people should wear a mask. It is irresponsible, ignorant and unacceptable not to do so.

I was, to say the least, very disappointed. I would leave a zero rating if I could.

I called the office and told them about this episode. I also said that I would give them another try as long as whoever came back wore a mask. They refused.

No peer to half my house...turned stovetop on power came on. Beyond what I can do. Called these guys out, Danny showed up and quickly diagnosed problem. Bad main breaker. Replaced the breaker and viola! Everything was running again. Thank you guys.

Couldn't get any better. I had a transfer panel installed so I could power my house with my generator. I was very impressed with the whole process. Danny has a very courteous, thoughtful, and highly professional attitude. He was very thorough on his walk through to quote the work I wanted done and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. He made recommendations based on what was best for me and gave me options to save money which I appreciated. The communication with his stellar office staff was a delight. The price quoted was only slightly more than other bids and I was guaranteed the price would not go up for any unforseen reasons; which put my mind at ease. The install was flawless and Danny took his time in explaining and walking through the operation of everything until I was fully satisfied. Worked with Danny today to add a couple of circuits to my panel and outlets in the garage to handle some woodworking equipment. Everything about working with him and his company were a breeze. Set up an appointment through the yelp communication, Danny showed up on time after calling me to let me know he was headed my direction, quick quote, good work, and left everything clean. I have him my ""wish"" list for the install and he gave me options that all fit within what I was hoping for.

This was an all around pleasant experience starting with the first call. Someone answered the phone, Yay! I believe it was the owner's wife. She made an appointment and followed up with an email to confirm. 40 min before the appointment time Danny called to let me know he was on his way. Our need for service: We mounted a television on a wall above a closet door but had unsightly cable and power wires hanging down the wall. Now this may sound simp,e but I had previously had the cable company and a different electrician out last year without a resolution. Danny was able to re-route the cable which was on an adjacent wall and install an outlet so everything is behind the TV and out of site. I appreciate that he gave me options on different ways he could route the wires. The workmanship is outstanding. He was very respectful of my home, taking care to cover the work area with plastic and cleaning up after. Very reasonable price too.

He has come out to help us twice and both times has exceeded our expectations with responsiveness (in our case he was able to come out the same day) he has always been on time and we respect his knowledge of the trade.
