after waiting for hours for them to return our call, the guy who called us refused to meet with the landlord at 6:00 pm on his day of choice because at 6:00 pm is "" when he eats dinner "". We need to des-install a wholehouse water filter and re-install it in a new house near his working place in Menlo Park and he simply does not need the job, it was a 10 min, meeting with the landlord to overview operations before we start. Hard to believe that he has such a privileged life that he does not have to work like the rest of us

We had a clogged drain from our Thanksgiving feast (someone dumped bacon grease down the drain). I needed it addressed over the weekend and EJ plumbing was one of the few that responded to my request. Not my usual go to plumber but I was in a jam. They came out Sunday afternoon and the plumber (Samuel Delgado) did a fantastic job. He fixed the issue and made sure it was draining properly. All is good, just have to remember, no bacon grease down the drain.

November 26, 2018 when my main sewer line was backed up, I called E J Plumbing . Luis arrived right on time ,efficiently diagnosed exactly what was wrong, and where to fix it. He solved the problem in no time .
This year i have needed plumbing help 3 times and called EJ Plumbing each time. I like how the office staff texts back updates on appointments right away, and how I can get Luis each time. He is incredibly knowledgable , professional, efficient, and personable and he knows now what he has already fixed at my house. He always solves the problem in the best and most efficient way. Thanks to EJ Plumbing and Luis , I am not afraid to call.

Carlos was excellent in terms of knowledge, customer care . He was very polite. He was very clean. He was very well prepared .
The appointment was very quick for my kitchen sink blockage. He used 3 kinds of snakes etc.
The dispatchers were also polite and very understanding and reasonable.

Wow - fast fast service and pleasant customer service on the phone. I called and they were able to fit in later in the afternoon. There is an ""trip charge"", but the amount is applied to the final bill which I totally understand). The Service Rep was able to provide an estimate (assuming nothing else is the issue) to help set expectations.

I love supporting the local businesses and EJ will be on my speed dial should I need other services in the future.

A $150 service fee for just showing up at your place to give an estimate. We didn't go with them because their quoted price was too high. Nevertheless, I had to pay them $150 for showing up. Eventually, I had the problem fixed for $120 by another service provider.

Our 25 year old heater just leaked at overnight. It was wet in the entire living room since it's right next to the closet where the heater was. We called these guys and they gave us an estimate. Came with 2 man crew Guillermo and Sam. They took a look at the situation and came back shortly with new tank and all stuff they need. They were very efficient and sure they knew what they were doing. From beginning to end was 3+ hours. Very nice guys very polite. Price was same as estimate and gave us a very detail receipt of what they did and replace. I feel they are honest and price is very resonable. Definitely will have them again if we need.

We used them to fix water leak two years ago. They did the right diagnosis. It was because the joint broke lose where a piece of PVC pipe connects into a copper pipe. They glued it together and charged for $300. This week, the same problem occurred. We called a different plumber and were told that the job done two years ago were a real cheap fix. Oh well.

But I called and spoke with Patty to set up an appointment for yesterday to obtain a quote for a tankless water heater between 1 - 3 pm with Danny. I took the day off from work, cleaned out the garage to provide easy access to the existing water heater, and waited around all day. Three o'clock rolls around and no-call/no-show from anyone. I called in at about 3:15 pm and spoke with Patty again, who was going to call/text Danny for an ETA. I never heard back from anyone. It's 2 pm the next day and no one has bothered to circle back to explain how the ball was dropped. I understand that things happen or delays may occur, but you call when you're unable to make your commitments so people aren't waiting around and wasting their time and money. Disappointed that I wasted a PTO day from work for a no-call/no-show from EJ Plumbing.
