Joe founded Eilhardt Electric in 2003 with a mission to serve the community. Currently, he continues to assist customers in Sacramento and El Dorado Counties with their home and business electrical needs. Joe has earned the admiration of many area General Contractors and has a loyal following of customers who repeatedly choose his services and refer him to their networks.

Joe grew up in Sacramento County and places great importance on family and community. He is a devoted husband and father of four. His business is committed to backing local high schools and community soccer programs. Joe holds a BA in Computer Programming and possesses all necessary licenses and certifications from the State of California as a Residential/Commercial Journeyman Electrician.

Joe underwent five years of training through the IBEW Local #340 apprenticeship. After graduating in May 1996, he gained experience with various commercial electrical contractors in Sacramento and El Dorado Counties. He was a foreman overseeing major new construction sites for PetCo, Old Navy, and OSH hardware stores. Moreover, he was involved in several State of California buildings in the downtown area, PG&E power plants, hospital backup systems, and street lights.
