In 2003, Joe launched Eilhardt Electric to meet the needs of local customers. Today, he proudly serves clients across Sacramento and El Dorado Counties for both residential and commercial projects. Joe has earned the admiration of many area General Contractors and has a loyal following of customers who repeatedly choose his services and refer him to their networks.

Born and raised in Sacramento County, Joe values family and community. Joe is a family man with a wife and four kids. Eilhardt Electric regularly contributes to local high schools and youth soccer leagues. He earned a BA in Computer Programming and maintains all required licenses and certifications from the State of California for a Residential/Commercial Journeyman Electrician.

Joe underwent five years of training through the IBEW Local #340 apprenticeship. Upon his graduation in May 1996, he worked with several commercial electrical firms in Sacramento and El Dorado Counties. Joe took on the role of foreman for significant new construction projects at PetCo, Old Navy, and OSH hardware stores. Additionally, he contributed to various State of California buildings downtown, as well as PG&E power plants, hospital emergency backup systems, and street lighting.
