In 2003, Joe established Eilhardt Electric to provide exceptional service to local clients. Currently, he continues to assist customers in Sacramento and El Dorado Counties with their home and business electrical needs. He has gained the trust of numerous local General Contractors and has a dedicated clientele that often comes back and recommends him to friends and family.

Having been raised in Sacramento County, Joe prioritizes family and community. He is married and has four children. His company actively supports local high schools and recreational soccer leagues. Joe holds a BA in Computer Programming and possesses all necessary licenses and certifications from the State of California as a Residential/Commercial Journeyman Electrician.

Joe completed a five-year apprenticeship with IBEW Local #340. Upon his graduation in May 1996, he worked with several commercial electrical firms in Sacramento and El Dorado Counties. He was a foreman overseeing major new construction sites for PetCo, Old Navy, and OSH hardware stores. Additionally, he contributed to various State of California buildings downtown, as well as PG&E power plants, hospital emergency backup systems, and street lighting.
