I had some difficulties with booking and communications for my appointment with Scott at EFI, but am only docking one star because the work was done well and at a fair price, and my wife said he seemed like a nice guy. (Specifically, I booked an appointment in Yelp but then he didn't know about that and had to reschedule for a week later, then canceled and rescheduled that one, and then went to the wrong address so had to postpone for later. However, in the end he arrived and proficiently did the job that had been requested.)
