OMG, I have never dealt with a company that is so unprofessional. I wish I didn't have to deal with them but my home builder Ryan homes used them for the electrical install. I called them about a faulty breaker and they said that there was recall on 8 of my breakers. They came out to replace them and when they left 2 of the breakers had a faulty red light. I called back immediately, and they said they were on back order and that they would come out to replace it. I called every other month to check and the lady said they are still on back order they will contact me to install once they have it. Fast forward 5 months later, now Michone says she never spoke with me and that I was lying. Are you kidding me!!! Do you not record all your calls? They passed me off to a manager that didn't help either. She was just talking nonsense and trying to make excuses not even listening to my concern. For this company to lie and blame me is ridciulous. They do not have any customer service here. Good luck if you ever have to use them.
Beware! If Edmonsen Electric is a subcontractor to you General Contractor...buy elsewhere! 2 and a half years into owning a new construction Inland Home in Brooksville, I've replaced low quality Chinese circuit breakers, wall sockets, and ultimately had to replace the entire electrical panel...originally installed by Edmonsen. Cost...$5k. If safety and quality work are what you desire from an electrical services contractor do your homework when purchasing. If Edmonsen was involved in the installation of your homes' electrical system, make sure you have plenty of emergency savings or a comprehensive home warranty. Would not recommend them!
Staff looking for power cables and piping for a floor outlet that Taylor Morrison didn't connect during new home build. Unfortunately bad news no pipe no cable
Don't waste your time with this company.
we scheduled 4 appointments with them and they stood up three of the four. on the third appointment they sent someone over. he looked at the job and said that we would come back in three days. (we thought that he was going to do the work when he was there). we should have k own better due to his rude attitude with eye rolling, walking out the door as we were showing him the area to be addressed). He never called to cancel or never apologized for standing us up). if he didn't want the job just tell us!
This is regarding Edmonson security services. We had to wait four months for a security sign for our yard. Also, we waited four months for a fire alarm that is hard wired. When Juan finally came out he did not have the security signs for the yard. He did not get the fire alarm hooked up after spending 2 to 3 hours at our home. Juan came back several days later and was late. Juan was outrageously rude. Was condescending throughout. Spoke with Todd in management, he listened but failed to assist. Company fails to care about their clients. Looking in to canceling our contract.
We had a lightening strike at/near our new home. We called on Edmondson because they were the electricians that wired our new construction home. They sent someone out who only dealt with warranty service but never called us to let us know they found it was not a warranty case (duh) and instead just went quiet. When we did call back in and were directed to the service (non-warranty) manager 'Juan'... he was incredibly rude and impatient. He said he would call back with a date/time by which he could have a service person scheduled.... he never did call back. Since, I have left two messages for him and these were never returned. I am done with this company that is evidently so happy with their new construction business they have forgotten what customer service means completely. We are off to Mister Sparky.
I bought a new house in Parrish and Edmonson is the company that did all the electric work. Right off the bat, the doorbell isn't hooked up at all and one of the two-way electrical switches isn't working as it should.
The security company ended up hooking up the doorbell so he didn't have to wait for the builder's warranty guy and Edmonson to repair it and I'm still waiting on the two-way light switch to work. I'll update with possible higher stars if the guy who comes to fix the light switch is nice and competent.
DO NOT do business with this company. They are so wrapped up in their corporate contract with Lennar, they've forgotten Customer Service. One of the worst sub-contractors I've ever worked with. Bought a Lennar re-sale home that (the electricity installation) was not built per plan/code. Unfortunately, Seabreeze electric (who did the installation) was out of business. No surprise. Lennar contacted Edmonson to do the repairs. There were four issues. Larry (tech, wonderful guy) came out and fixed 3 of 4. Fourth one either required sawing into the newly painted drywall, or a Lutron device. He needed approval and needed to get the part ordered. Two weeks went by. I call Danny and our Lennar contact to learn what's up. Scheduled an appt. for the following Monday, Dec. 7, 2020. This is now three weeks. Gave us a four hour window, yet no one every showed up or called. I call our Lennar contact (JW), and Danny. JW calls back and said he'll contact Danny. It took Danny three days to call me back. Poor customer service. Scheduled another appt. for Dec. 14th, again a four hour window. Once again, no call, no show. I call Danny & JW again. Further, I put two calls into Edmonson Corporate. One to Jay Armstrong (VP Ops) and 2nd to Kevin Edmonson (Owner/Pres). Got their VM. Neither had the courtesy to return my call.
DYou never get a live person at the LeHigh Acres shop, nor any return call. I left a msg., and Larry ends up returning my call. I had to refresh his memory of the issue. He remembered, but said he did not have the part, it was never ordered. So I'm still waiting for a call from Danny. Finally calls on Wed. 16th, stating he was out of the office on Monday. Well you'd think his VM would state so, which it didn't or have a back up person. Poor customer service. Said he could get someone out on Sat. between 8a - noon. I said no. You've already scheduled two appts. someone failed to show up for, and I've waited eight hours. I want an appt. He said ok 8-9a with 30 min. notice call. 8:30 comes, no call, 9:00a comes, but no show AGAIN. My husband and I actually had a bet no one would show. I lost. Finally at 1:15p, a Edmonson tech rings our bell with the part to close this out. It took Edmonson over a month to get four simply repairs done. Why did I have to keep chasing Danny to return my calls, keep scheduled appts., and get the part ordered. Shame on you. Your customer service sucks!
