Didn't work for me! I saw reviews and contacted via yelp for an electrical job. They send an estimate for the job and availability. I spoke with the person and asked for the quote via email, scheduled the day for work over phone with me he representative. Received a message stating that the owner wanted to pass on the job without stating any reason. I found this to be unprofessional!?

I called three different electricians and couldn't get a hold of anyone. When I called Edge, I was connected with Kelly. After I explained the problem I was having, Kelly quickly identified the issue and walked me through how to fix it myself, no appointment necessary. We had a breaker that kept tripping. We were able to isolate it to a set of two way light switches but needed help finding what was causing the problem. Really thankful for the team at Edge. Kelly called me back pretty quick after I put out an inquiry on yelp and squeezed me in for an quick assessment in between jobs.

The main job was to get an outlet installed for an EV charger and Kelly's expertise was top notch when it came to explaining my system and recommendations for placement and their quote was very fair.

I had Kelly check another issue for me that wasn't part of my original inquiry and he took the time to figure it out and got me booked for someone to come and do the work really promptly.

Charles came out and assessed the problem and resolved it within minutes, explained the issue and answered questions I had with expertise. He also helped me answer a few more questions about some things with switches, very friendly and overall this team was solid.

For me, the price of the service wasn't even a question by the time these guys were done. Even if they were on the higher end of an Electrician's cost (which they're not, they're right on par) it would have been worth it for all the things so explained here.

Appreciate this team and would trust them with any and all jobs I need completed in the future.

I had very urgent service request and made appointment with Kelly very quickly. He went to my house on time, check the issue and arrange the technicians to help me relocate the wire and outlet after I turned down the wall and installed the sliding door. The whole team are professional, reliable and did good job. They made my remodel project much easier and less hassle. The charge is very reasonable as well. Definitely recommend their service!
