Salome A.I had a problem with the outlets from my kitchen that stopped working suddenly. I contacted this company and they instructed me on what was the first step I needed to take: turn on and off all of the switches. I had done it to some of them but I didn't knew which ones were the outlet ones, he proceeded to explain to me which ones were the ones for the outlets and like magic it worked. He didn't requested a test first or told me how much he was gonna charge me for it, he actually helped me solve the problem within the range of what I could do in the moment and for that I'm really thankfull.
I know that if I ever have some electric problem again I will definitely contact them.
