Found Ash on yelp and so glad I did. All these good reviews were absolutely correct. You can't go wrong with Ash. He is honest, nice, excellent electrician. I have used yelp to find a good fit for me. I haven't been disappointed yet. He rewired my entire old apt. Big job and he did it with no problems. Thanks Ash~

I was referred to look into Edam's Electric and am so glad I listened to my friend! Ash was able to personally come give us our free estimate and we started work a few days later. We had recessed lighting installed in every room of our house in just a day and a half, got a great price, and Ash's team was efficient, proficient, and clean. Very great guys, and I would recommend Edam's Electric all day long! (We're going to try to install our own light fixture and Ash even offered to walk us through it via FaceTime when we do it in case we have any problems.) So professional!!

We have had issues with our house for a while and had other electricians come in and say they needed to rewire the whole house. We recently had some circuits in our house go off and on sporadically so I knew it was time for an electrician. I went online to get a well reviewed electrician and came across Edam's Electric. I called and Ash responded with an appointment for the next day. He was very professional, prompt and thorough with his assessments.
To cut a long story short, he found out the real culprit for this ongoing problem. It was the main electrical box and wiring that was corroded and needed replacement. Since, it was a big job I assured him that it would be okay for him to finish it in a couple of days. So, he gave his quote and left to return the following day. However, he called me back within an hour and said that he was willing to start the project that very same day and planned to finish it. How cool was that! Within a couple of hours he had pulled the SSF electrical permit, made arrangements with his worker that was finishing up nearby and was already working on the mainline replacement project. They worked into the evening and had everything up and running within a few hours that same day! He scheduled the inspection with the SSF Safety Inspector the very next day and got everything squared away for us. I didn't even have to deal with pulling a permit, scheduling the inspection or anything related to materials because Ash and his team took care of everything.

Ash is a professional through and through. He has great customer service that people look for and appreciate. He is courteous, reliable, fair, accommodating, respectful and most importantly, provides excellent quality work.

A week later we had a couple of glitches on another circuit in our house so I called him to swing by since the issue resolved in a few minutes and was not affecting us in anyway. He did respond but now the issue has completely gone away. Regardless, if any new or old issue with electrical origins ever comes up in our house, Edam's Electric will be the only phone call I will make. Edam's Electric will be my only recommendation for electrical work!

I don't know where to begin .

We recently had an upgrade on an electrical panel by a friend ? , well we all know how that goes .

To keep it short Ash, Joel and Eligio are not only very professional and great people , but they do beautiful work ! Ash restored my panel to exactly what he said he was going to do, but the only bad thing was that they are so GREAT!!, that I had to have them do all the extra electrical work I needed to finish up .This included adding recessed lights in my hallway, front room,dining room and bathroom. These men are great people who do GREAT WORK ! I love honest people who do great work ! Thank you Ash, Eligio, and Joel for the beautiful work and restoring my house back to safety.

I've lived in the Bay Area for about 8 years now having transplanted from the North East. I still find it difficult to find good service providers here. There are just a lot of individuals & companies here that don't seem to take pride in their work or their costumer service. On the East Coast I always knew an electricia plumber/a mechanic/etc that was a 3rd generation service provider and whose reputation meant everything to them. Ash is an exception to the Bay Area laxity in this area. He clearly takes pride in good service. I received his name from a friend when the kitchen electricity in our rental home went out. Our landlords didn't have a go-to electrician and were just going to use the Yellow Pages to find one. I wanted to be sure to get a well respected and recommended electrician so I asked my local friends on FB :) I'm so glad I called Ash that day. It is him you're calling not a receptionist; he handles the contact & scheduling himself. He was courteous, honest, reasonable, respectful and thorough. Not to mention extremely nice! He came out the next day. I'm so glad to have found an electrician that I feel could be our go-to electrician and that I would GLADLY recommend to others. Our landlords also hired him to work on their other properties!
