Is there a negative rating? I ordered an electric l2 charging residential station from emotorwerks and their website stated their electrical installers will guarantee a hassle free installation. When I came home from work I found out my hot water was turned off and Ed bumped into a pipe which is now leaking. Additionally, I requested him to install the station where the electrical outlet was and I selected on the checkout a plug able installation. Come to find a hard wired station I can't control from inside my garage, it's 2 ft from where I requested with the hard line outside the wall 2 more feet in the opposite direction from the outlet.

I called Ed and the first thing he tells me is anyone else would have hit that pipe and he's not responsible for fixing the plumbing issue. He also told me it's not his fault I have an old home. After telling me I was a lunatic for calling him about this, he hung up on me! DEFINITELY NOT HASSEL free!!!!! Don't waste your time or money with this guy!!!
