Located Ed Electric on Yelp as I was looking for a electrician to install cameras at a homeless shelter in Novato, CA. I'm forgetting her name at the moment, but the lady who fields the calls was very professional and customer service friendly! Ed the owner and another technician came by and completed the installation without any problems or complaints from the staff in the office! They were industrious, tidy, and did a nice/clean installation! They'll be back for another camera installation project next week at another site!

I had lost power in both of my bedrooms. After describing the problem to ED Electric, the technician suggested that I reset the GFI in the bathroom. The technician had been receiving similar calls from the condos where I live. That resolved the issue and I didn't have to pay the $85 for him to come out or $120 hourly charge to diagnose and fix. I really appreciated getting that tip and will use this company in the future if I need electrical help.

Ed was able to provide a quick and precise estimate based on my detailed emailed description of the problem, without having to do a site visit first. Then he verified that with a site visit the next day and within the same week had completed the job. He also nicely helped clean up another issue nearby. Finally, he took pictures and videos of the work since I wasn't able to travel home for a while. He provided excellent communication throughout and an easy payment option. The office staff were nice, prompt and professional as well. Next time I need electrical help, I will reach out to him first for sure.
