Emanuel came in for a quick estimate and pointed us where to purchase a reliable charger. Answered on first dial. Showed up on time (15 mins early). Polite, courteous, knowledgeable. Ted charged me what they quoted on the phone. Tidied up after himself and educated me as to what had gone wrong. In the process he had to check main wiring box and gave me comments on competency/professional of that job. All in all totally thrilled. if every professional was as professional as this life would be a lot easier and a lot more pleasant. They are now my electricians for life.

Very nice people. Walked me through the phone even though knowing that this might lose them a business opportunity. My problem was simple enough to be fixed over the phone. While other firms that I called were giving me a obnoxious quote to come down and evaluate, these guys went out of their way asking the basics...this shows true integrity of their work and customer service...I will come back to Emmanuel Perkis for other work that I plan to do

These guys are excellent. They offered to give me free advice over the phone on how to solve the problem myself, so that I wouldn't have to pay them. Who does that in this day and age? Eventually Emanuel came out himself, and fixed the problem quickly and effectively. I'm definitely hiring them again!

This is review for the phone call since the problem was solved over phone therefore the service was not needed.
Some of my kitchen power outlets are not working, after reading so many good reviews, I called Emanuel and summed up the problem, he told me straight ""To save you money, maybe you can try to reset the power outlet yourself."" and gave me some instructions. I tried and the outlets are all back on.

Another 5-star review for Emanuel and Ted. After a home inspection highlighted some areas of concern, I called Emanuel who was able to schedule me in the same week with Ted, at a time that convenient for me. Work done was great, efficient, and the price more than fair. Ted was professional, answering all my questions and took time to explain work performed.

I've had Emmanuel out to my house to work on 3 projects now: clean up the demo on my kitchen, install undermount lighting, and install bathroom fans. All three are excellent. What I appreciate is that he pays attention to the details and didn't take short cuts on the work. He made sure that the right adjustable boxes accounted for the tile I put in, the location of the plugs matched up what I needed, and everything looks clean. He also noticed that the previous installer did the three way switch incorrectly, and he fixed that too.

I replaced the fluorescent cabinet undermount lighting/transformer with LED undermount lighting, which is actually quite strong (it reflects very strongly against my countertop), but it's effective and works well. Most people haven't seen anything quite like it before.

He's really easy to get along with - very fair and patient. I called maybe 6-7 electricians before finding Emmanual, and many of those other guys were not friendly at all. I have no hesitation recommending Emmanuel for excellent electrical work.
