After posting my previous review, Robert contacted me almost immediately. It seems as if there was a technical issue where he was not receiving any of my texts and his calls were not going through to my phone. Nevertheless, Robert came out the same day to correct the issue. It was unfortunate that we had the technical issue, but I am relieved that we were able to fix the sink.

We love the Roberts!!! We recently hired Robert Sr to do our entire kitchen overhaul. In addition to the beautiful work he did, we now feel like he's part of the family. He had so many ideas on how to maximize the space in our kitchen... did all of the work with such painstaking detail... and dealt with all of our many changes of heart with so much patience and kindness. He let my 5 year old son ""help"" with some tasks... he was so honest and up front about everything... we will absolutely have him and/or Robert Jr back to do our bathrooms, floors, and everything else when we have money again. Excellent and prompt service provided byRrobert. I had to fix kitchen cabinets and within half an hour of contacting them, i was given a reasonable quote and service provided the very next day. Robert did an amazing job!! He was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Our dog chewed apart our pocket door awhile back and we were at a loss about how to fix it. Robert was very prompt with a quote and came on-time to remove/replace the door. He chose a great replacement- that we even like better- and used the old hardware for a great fit. We're just kicking ourselves that we didn't do this sooner.
