I have had Robert fix and upgrade a wide range of projects in our home, from very minor
(-painting, light fixture replacement, baseboards, etc.) to major (hanging a 30 lb. iron and crystal chandelier from a cathedral ceiling, replacing a part of my balcony, etc.). I usually contact him regarding the issue to determine whether he already has the materials or whether I need to obtain any materials, beforehand. He has wide range of knowledge and experience and does a great job. He charges very reasonable prices, works quickly/ efficiently, and is also very strong and agile - able to handle almost any project alone. Previous handymen have often given me inflated estimates for work on our La Jolla home, but Robert has been trustworthy, honest, and fair. His schedule sometimes gets filled, but is worth the wait. In addition, it's easy to have him working on things in/ around the house because he is a respectful, friendly, and nice person.

I was ecstatic that Robert was able to hang 9 pictures in my new home, bolt book cases to the wall and assemble a shelf the same day I emailed him. He was very professional, respectful, efficient, and reasonable. However, I was taken aback that he had no nails readily available to hang pictures, so I had to quickly scrounge around to find some. I'd definitely hire him to hang pictures again, but make sure to have your picture hanger hardware available.

I'm extremely busy, so often getting things taken care of around the house can be challenging. I had a small repair project that I messaged Robert for a quote on. He responded almost immediately, and after texting a few pictures was able to take care of it the same night! He worked quickly, was very clean, and made everything look like new. This is the company to work with if you need an electrician near your area. Half my lights began flickering and then stopped working completely. The electrician came to my apartment, quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty circuit breaker and replaced it within an hour. No hassle. No fuss. No run-around. It was exactly what you want in these types of predicaments. So happy I was able to get in touch with him so short notice.

Fabulous experience! As a new home owner, I needed a project completed in a very short time frame. Robert showed up to my house bright and early (7:30 am! Thanks Robert!). I had to step out for a while to run an errand and he texted me pictures of the project and even found touch up paint that the previous home owners had left on the property and painted over any scuff marks that he might have created. The icing on the cake was tonight when he called to check in and see if I approved of the final project. This will not be the last time I use EcoPeak Construction. I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience. He fixed a broken kitchen cabinet door and nailed down loose boards on our deck. This guy really knows what he's doing. He squeezed us into his schedule, showed up on time, quoted us a fair price, and got the work done so fast, we were shocked. He also followed up with an emailed receipt and personalized thank you. Doesn't get any better than this. We highly recommend his services.

We contacted Robert to fix our balcony that was leaking. The price he gave us was the best we found so we decided to hire him for the job. He was friendly and responsive. He and his wife came out to do the job. We thought it was a bit unprofessional that they listened to loud music all while working on the balcony. But it was fine. My husband wasn't home the whole time the repair was happening so when he left I was very disappointed with how the balcony looked. Definitely didn't look as nice as it previously had. Looked very obvious that it was rigged up. With metal sheets going all along the sides of the balcony. My husband agreed. We thought you get what you pay for and as long as it doesn't leak we can work on esthetics later. He fixed it during the summer and when the next rain came it leaked just as bad as it previously had. Eventually we contacted Robert about coming back to fix it again after much hesitation, if he couldn't do it right the first time we were pretty sure we'd regret having him come back. He eventually came back during the rainy season and did a little repair. We covered the patio with a tarp and waited for some contact from Robert. He called two days before Christmas and I missed his call so I texted him after the holidays asking when he would be able to make it over again. He texted me a picture of the word ""Genial"". I messaged him again asking him for a time line for his finished repair but never heard back. We will just chalk up our losses and hire someone from a reputable company to redo his work. I asked him for the name of his company and he just responded Pact Co. Guess he thought lying would avoid my honest review.

Wanted track lighting installed in my condo..Robert (senior) came over promptly and gave a fair estimate. Also gave me some good ideas...came back in a couple of days and did the job in a very efficient manner...did great with all the patching and touching up to match the original paint on the wall and ceiling..looks great and would highly recommend.
