KC is Awesome! He has saved us so many times, including this evening at 8:30 at night after my husband made a huge drilling mistake in his garage punching a hole through a water pipe. As per usual, the first person we call is KC, and, as per usual he shows up and starts getting to work on fixing our home, yet again! The following things KC has fixed/added in two homes now (we recently moved into a brand new home in Davis from Woodland)

- added Freon and fixed our air conditioner unit within 24 hours of it going out in 100 degree heat
- installed water softener and reverse osmosis (reverse osmosis/filter installed in both homes)
- installed new water heater in our old home after it went out
- installed new faucet in our old kitchen (because we wanted a new one)
- fixed faucet in laundry room a couple of days before we had to move (it went out like 2 days before we were going to close)
- is currently in the process of fixing the pipe incident in our new home (which happened around 6 p.m this evening 10/22)

THANK YOU KC - as I said to you earlier, I don't know what we'd do without you!!

Pros:
- Reasonable pricing, quick to send over estimate
- Prompt responses with text messaging
- Friendly staff and courteous
- Was able to get the job done in one day versus the two that was estimated
- Listened to concerns and answered questions
- Cleaned up after themselves
- guaranteed their work for 90 days

Areas for improvement:
- be more careful about plants in plant bed
- consider more detailed itemization of jobs on bid if multiple being done at once (if one of the jobs doesn't end up being done, customer will know how much less they'll need to pay).
- consider shoe covers as to not drag dirt into the house from outside

Summary: great service overall, will recommend to friends. Company does plumbing, HVAC, insulation, and electrical.

KC came out on a Saturday on short notice to fix my broken AC the day before we were supposed to leave for vacation, saving vacation for the family. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problems, gave me advice on how to avoid the same problems in the future, and what to look out for in case his fix didn't take, all with a 90 day guarantee. He'll be at the top of my list next time I have an HVAC problem.

We took a chance on the these guys. We went through some big name companies to end up this company.They showed up on time in their company vehicle so we knew clearly who they were with professional attire. It started out smoothly but we encountered some problems and it became a difficult project but they assured us things would be fine and we will have cold air soon so a two-day project turned into a 3 day-project, but turned out just like they said. We ordered the large registers for good air flow and believe me we don't have to run it past 79 to keep cool. They recommended the 3ton Payne for our home of about 1200 sqft.

This review is not on their work or any service they provide. However, if I call and ask for a capacitor and you're irritated and obviously annoyed by the question and state you're a contractor and NOT a distributor. You might want to go edit your website FAQ page.

Our heater stopped working on Friday night and KC was at my house first thing Saturday morning. KC fixed the issue promptly and upon his inspection there was another major issue and our heater has never worked so good. The best thing about this company is they don't try to sell a new system when it's not needed, unlike another company who sends their sales techs to sell a new HVAC system.

KC has completed several jobs at my home with perfection. First, my AC went out during a heat wave. He quoted me a reasonable price to replace my system. KC and Willie worked tirelessly in the heat to replace my system. No only did my new system work beautifully, he was able to do the work in a timely manner and it was to the standards of my condo association.
On the next visit, he completed electrical work in the garage, adding outlets so hat I may have light and access to my tool. He also replaced a door in the garage that is beautiful and efficient. I highly recommend KC and Economy as he is a stickler for perfection and well as knowledgable and efficient
