Our AC stopped working when the temperature outside was over 100. KC responded immediately to our desperate call for help. He was on time, polite, respectful, and most importantly, he fixed the problem quickly and his price was more than fair.

He has helped us in the past when we had rodent damage, and he's also our go-to guy for ongoing maintenance for our really OLD unit.

Definitely going to be our first call for any future issues. Our AC started blowing warm air and we didn't notice until about 4pm. All the other places I called couldn't get anyone out until the following day. With a 16-month old and 3 yr old, I was worried when the outside temperature hit 100 degrees. I called KC at 5pm, he said he would be there 6pm-7pm. He showed up around 6:30 with an associate. They worked quickly, but KC made sure to stop and explain the many things that needed to be fixed and/or improved each time. They finished up around 9 and the final bill seemed very fair. Most importantly, our AC is working better than it has in years!

I had absolutely the best communication with this company from beginning to end. You have no idea how great it was to be able to find someone reliable to come fix/replace the a/c at the hottest time of the year. I called around to several companies and Economy not only was the only one to answer the phone when I called but also had the best price (with a summer discount to boot!). I had my a/c replaced, installed and running in record time for the record heat! I had texts with updates and pictures because I was not able to be at the house when the work was being done--- again, great communication. When the invoice was sent to me, it was also detailed with the same things that were in my text messages so I have it for my records. Thank you Economy HVAC for coming out and getting the job done! I have you in my address book and phone so that you are my go-to next time something happens, God forbid!

Tell me where you've read this story before...,"" it was the hottest day of the year in the valley...,"" literally on the hottest friggin' day and the friggin' AC went down on a 107* degree day with the downstairs and upstairs registering 88 & 89 degrees hella hot! In comes the dynamic A/C repair duo, my man K.C. and Daniel without the Sunshine Band! They came in during the ""heat"" of battle and took care of their business! We had cool, cold, and the coldest air within minutes and some seconds, just like my favorite rap tune! They were courteous and helpful asking and answering all of the questions from my wife and I liked the professionals these gentlemen are. They handled business at a very reasonable costs. Next time anything happens with our air conditioning I'm definitely gonna throw up the ""A/C Bat Signal"" for my man K.C. to come to the rescue. They don't ever miss, even in the ""heat"" of battle! They just don't miss and neither should you!!!
