KC came out on a Saturday on short notice to fix my broken AC the day before we were supposed to leave for vacation, saving vacation for the family. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problems, gave me advice on how to avoid the same problems in the future, and what to look out for in case his fix didn't take, all with a 90 day guarantee. He'll be at the top of my list next time I have an HVAC problem.

We took a chance on the these guys. We went through some big name companies to end up this company.They showed up on time in their company vehicle so we knew clearly who they were with professional attire. It started out smoothly but we encountered some problems and it became a difficult project but they assured us things would be fine and we will have cold air soon so a two-day project turned into a 3 day-project, but turned out just like they said. We ordered the large registers for good air flow and believe me we don't have to run it past 79 to keep cool. They recommended the 3ton Payne for our home of about 1200 sqft.

KC and Brent are awesome at their job, they know exactly what they are doing and do it in a timely matter.

This review is not on their work or any service they provide. However, if I call and ask for a capacitor and you're irritated and obviously annoyed by the question and state you're a contractor and NOT a distributor. You might want to go edit your website FAQ page.

Our heater stopped working on Friday night and KC was at my house first thing Saturday morning. KC fixed the issue promptly and upon his inspection there was another major issue and our heater has never worked so good. The best thing about this company is they don't try to sell a new system when it's not needed, unlike another company who sends their sales techs to sell a new HVAC system.

KC has completed several jobs at my home with perfection. First, my AC went out during a heat wave. He quoted me a reasonable price to replace my system. KC and Willie worked tirelessly in the heat to replace my system. No only did my new system work beautifully, he was able to do the work in a timely manner and it was to the standards of my condo association.
On the next visit, he completed electrical work in the garage, adding outlets so hat I may have light and access to my tool. He also replaced a door in the garage that is beautiful and efficient. I highly recommend KC and Economy as he is a stickler for perfection and well as knowledgable and efficient

Owners with tenant occupied properties need to avoid using this company for any business.. Despite telling them upfront that payment will be made in 5-days after completing the work, owner of this company will call and text you twice a day asking for money ASAP. Highly un-professional attitude and asking fir money in very demanding manner. He want to know precise day and time when money will be paid directly in his bank account... Please use your judgement in choosing a plumber when many choices are available

Last Thursday quite unexpectedly I found myself without hot water. It was fairly late in the day when I logged onto Yelp and selected five different 5 star company's that reported they worked on water heaters. I sent a message to all five. I kid you not ....I received an immediate yelp response from KC. An hour later another company responded. The only other response I received was on Monday after the weekend. Obviously I went with KC who said he could be at my house at 3 PM the following day.

KC replaced my thermocouple and my pilot light lit; yay, I was so grateful. He also offered to fix some piping that was not to code. KC did a thorough and clean job and was not rushed. He put things back in place even when he was not the one who moved them.

On a whim I also asked if he would take a look at my new dishwasher that had been leaking and unused since January. He not only took the time to fix my dishwasher, but he also waited while my daughter went to get a part from the hardware store (twice!).

KC's prices were very reasonable and because of that I have hot water, clean dishes and we still get a Christmas!!! :). He is very personable and friendly; I felt at ease with him and knew he was capable. I'd recommend him to my friends and I'll be calling him for future repairs!
