Jimmy came out within 24 hours, determined we had some incorrectly wired outlets caused by landscaping that were affecting outlets inside the house. He was eager to work and got right to it; I was impressed! He got 6 outlets corrected, and charged me $400, and said he would need to come back and fix the rest. I paid him cash, and even gave him some an extra $100 (all $500 in cash) as an appreciation for getting it figured out and showing up so quickly.

What I didn't realize is that as he was correcting the wiring to outlets, downstream outlets were getting messed up. I called him back to let him know (for next trip), as well as letting him know he left his ground fault tester behind.

I never heard from him again, and it has been 3 months. No response from him ever again on Yelp or texts to his phone.

I scheduled with Derek Schneider, CEO at Eco Electric to install a new exhaust fan with light and heater for my bathroom. His two staff that arrived today to install the fan did a great an efficient job with no dry wall to replace. They arrived on time and completed the install in about an hour and cleaned up after them. The fan was a perfect fit and model to replace the very old original fan. Ann Gonzales
