I was deceived by another electrical company, the workers didn't seem to be very knowledgeable and it seemed like they were learning on the job. I called Echols Electrical services to finish what the other company could not finish. Echols Electrical services have highly skilled and well trained professionals came out and diagnosed the problem in about 10 or 15 minutes, arranged us an immediate temporary fix and came back for the permanent repair. I had to get professional service from Chris after another electrical company (Arlington Electric) botched the job twice and refused to fix it, the project mgr. said it wasn't an electrical problem. Chris came out did some testing created a temporary fix and after 2 days Chris's test was still working, he came out and did a permanent and correct fix. Chris is truly an electricians, electrician.

I ues this great company yesterday on one of my rental units that I was having socket issues on. He came out a few days before to assess the issue so he could send me a quote. The quote was responsible so I approved so he could get all the supplies for the job. I am very impressed with the price, service and communication this company has.

I sent several request for quotes out and Chris was the first to respond very quickly. He gave me an estimate and I took a chance and went with him. He had to upgrade my panel and had some issues with getting the product which was no fault of his and he took care of the problem as we waited on the product to
come in and anytime I needed anything he was always responsive he gave me a fair price with excellent work I am pretty excited I feel like I have a great electrician now and would highly recommend him.
