Jim Fan was professional. He gave me a quote by phone and initially said that he would be here 3 days later. When I told him that it was urgent because my fridge could not operate without the necessary work, he agreed to come out between 5 and 6 pm in the evening. He called and said that he would here by 5:45 pm. At 5:45 pm, he rang my door bell.

He checked everything and fixed the outlet in about 10 minutes. He made sure everything was fine before he left.

I highly recommend Jim as your electrician! He's very responsive and knowledgable. We are very happy with his services. I first contacted Jim with questions of installing a charger for Tesla. After a few questions and a couple of pictures, he suggested a very reasonable and practical way which saved us money. It worked out great. The second time was during a heat wave, our AC stopped working, we couldn't find any HVAC guy right away and out of despair I called Jim as it seems to relate to no power from the heater to the thermostat. Jim was very busy at the time but he gave us a couple of pointers. With his help we were thrilled that his suggestion worked! Jim always put customers need first. He's now our go-to electrician.

I feel fortunate to have founr Jim. He is very qualified, detail oreiented, punctual and communicates well. Says what he will do and does what he says. Very pleased with his work. He installed 2 bathroom fans, where there weren't any and changed a kitchen ceiling light out. I will use his services again, should i need anything electrical! And Jom is a nice guy too!! These guys were great! Wore masks as expected. Fast and efficiently added a new line to my very crowded breaker box. And added three outlets and a light to the new circuit in the attic. The price was very reasonable and I will use there services again.

I couldn't travel far due to this COVID situation. I contacted Jim through Yelp. He was very responsive and was able to go to my tenant in the area and made repairs the next day. My tenant seemed to be satisfied too. Highly recommended!

Excellent service from E Chi Bon Electric. Jim is very friendly and quick on answering my questions for installation of NEMA 14-50 plug as well as replace my old sub-panel. Price is reasonable and Jim his coworker Garry went extra miles to help us install the pass through from garage to drive way for charging cables. The installation process was fast and clear, no extra wires or clear up needed once they are done. My parents were very pleased with the results, highly recommended his service and will contact him again if future projects come up.

Jim, the owner is simply awesome. Jim installed recessed ceiling lights in the living room where we were remodeling. He did a fantastic job. He is very knowledgeable, quick, and super friendly. I will definitely call him again for my next remodeling job. It is hard to find a contractor like Jim. Highly recommended.

This call was to install a Nest Hello Camera Doorbell after a wire snapped and crawled back in the wall while I was trying to install it myself. Jim's quoted price was reasonable and better than other companies that I had called. After inspecting the situation he informed me he had to drill another hole in the stucco to trace the wire. No problem, except the wire wasn't there. He then told me he has to cut a hole in the drywall inside my house to find the wire. Let me include that nothing in my house is how it is supposed to be. The previous home owner, who was an engineer(not a contractor)rebuilt the house in 1990 after a Christmas tree fire. While most things in the house follow a line of logic, they are not how or where they're supposed to be. That being said, Jim had to cut 3 holes in the drywall to track down the wire. He installed a junction box and covered it with a cover plate, explaining that it will be easier to go back in later if needed rather than cutting open the wall again. He installed the doorbell where he drilled the stucco and patched the two other holes in the drywall. He swept the drywall dust on the floor and explained I would have to stucco patch the old doorbell hole and apologized for not having any. How polite is that? I was already happy he patched the drywall. The doorbell chime was not working right so he had to troubleshoot it but he figured it out. Overall it ended up being a much more difficult job and headache than anticipated, but he was polite and patient and did great work. He stuck to the agreed upon quoted price, only adding a small amount for the J box and cover plate. I will definitely be using this company for any electrical work that we need done in my house. I can do basic electrical work but I imagine I will be calling him soon for more projects. I am more than happy tto write this review and I will recommend this company to anybody I know that needs electrical work done.
