This company is shady and all they want to do is rip you off. They came to my Job site and quoted me over 1k on ballets and light bulbs that were good, because after they kept ignoring our calls we called another company and they said only one ballets needs to be replaced and everything was fine. Save you my net and call another company.

We asked Julio to come out and check some ballasts in our fluorescent lights in our building. We also needed two wired doorbells and an Exit sign repaired. Julio sent two guys out the next day who promptly began trying to sell us $50 (each) fluorescent light bulbs. (Hello, I can buy a box of 30 for $60.) When we weren't interested in buying the $50 bulbs they told us we had 8 ballasts out. They were quoting us price gauging prices. I called Julio to find out what was going on. He renegotiated the price and then his guys left to ""collect the parts"" they would need. We never saw them again! And, Julio has yet to return any of my calls. Oh, and the two guys that did come out spoke only Spanish, or so we were told. They made me communicate with them through one of our people who speaks Spanish. We ended up going over the lights Echeverria Bros Electric told us needed new ballasts, and with new, fresh lightbulbs everything works fine. So, the techs lied! Not cool. We definitely did not get anywhere near professional, reliable service.

I was referred to Julio by another contractor. He replied to me immediately and communicated that same way throughout the time I needed him. He came to the house himself, with his crew. They were all very nice and very professional. I was very happy with the work. Once he left, I realized that I had made a huge mistake and had the wrong chandelier replaced. He showed me great empathy and communicated with me and reassured me he would help me. I HAD to have it fixed before a certain time the very next day and he came through for me!!! I am so relieved and so grateful. I would highly recommend this company! Ask for Julio!

I called EB Electric, Julio Echeverria (Master Electrician) #972-533-1617 right around 6p on Thursday with a 911. He came out within 30-minutes. Determined since half of our electric box was working that it was an Encore problem. Told us what to tell Encore and didn't accept payment. Only wanted a Topo Chico. AND Encore did fix the problem last night. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, KNOWLEDGE and OVERALL AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE.

Boy did Julio and Hector save the day! I had some electrical problems in my kitchen and I just knew something big was wrong-and boy was I right! The entire electrical box had to be replaced that held my circuit breakers. I originally freaked out at the price but they were both so nice and worked with me. They even did the work the same day and did it in about 4 hours! Julio even bought me lunch. I can't say enough about them. They're amazing electricians and I will be calling them for any future work I need done! I highly recommend them!

Not impressed with this company. We called for repairs after lightning, Hector came out the same day I called. I showed him what was not working. We agreed the issue was on one circuit. He gave me a reasonable quote ($650), we scheduled them for the next day. While I was at work, Julio and his crew came out, Julio left for another job. His workers got half of the plugs working on the circuit and tried to leave. My wife told them that the kitchen lights were still not working. They started troubleshooting, went up in the attic and noticed rodent droppings. Julio called me and reported this, said I needed to get rid of the rodents before they would come fix the lights. He charged me 1/2 of the original quote for fixing half, but stated that the new price to fix the lights was now $2800. I asked him to explain and he never gave me a reasonable explanation for the price increase for the same work.
We decided to call another electrician, they came out, put a volt meter on the first plug on the circuit in question, found it was only showing 30 volts at the plug. They cut into the wall, repaired wire and the lights and plugs are now working. Oh and by the way, they charged me $400 for the repair, a huge difference from the $2800 quote from the Echeverria Brothers!

Called late yesterday around 4:30pm. They came within 30 minutes to quote the job. All that was needed was to install a 220 wall outlet and plug for our new slide-in oven. Fair price given so scheduled for 9:30 am today. Showed up on time. Job done in 30 minutes. Happy.

This is a GREAT family owned business. They are fast, efficient and professional. Half my electricity was blown in my house because I did not have a surge protector which also blew out the motor to my air conditioning. Echeverria Bros came out and worked endlessly for 12+ hours until everything was fixed. Afterwards, Julio stayed another hour just to make sure our house was cooled and everything was safe. They make you feel like family and made an unfortunate situation go as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend them for all your electrical or heating and cooling problems. THANK YOU JULIO!!

They came out and looked at my breaker boxes and told me both need to be replaced. One breaker box had power and fully working. The other breaker box had a faulty main breaker.

When I told him to show me with voltmeter what is wrong and why I need to replace them. He came up with an excuse, ""I need to call another technician and charge you to show you"". That's when I knew ... I told him I need to get more estimates and asked him to leave.

I used another electrician to replace the one faulty main breaker in the box that wasn't working and paid much less than $8000 these guys quoted me.
