This is a GREAT family owned business. They are fast, efficient and professional. Half my electricity was blown in my house because I did not have a surge protector which also blew out the motor to my air conditioning. Echeverria Bros came out and worked endlessly for 12+ hours until everything was fixed. Afterwards, Julio stayed another hour just to make sure our house was cooled and everything was safe. They make you feel like family and made an unfortunate situation go as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend them for all your electrical or heating and cooling problems. THANK YOU JULIO!!

They came out and looked at my breaker boxes and told me both need to be replaced. One breaker box had power and fully working. The other breaker box had a faulty main breaker.

When I told him to show me with voltmeter what is wrong and why I need to replace them. He came up with an excuse, ""I need to call another technician and charge you to show you"". That's when I knew ... I told him I need to get more estimates and asked him to leave.

I used another electrician to replace the one faulty main breaker in the box that wasn't working and paid much less than $8000 these guys quoted me.

They're quick! Julio was able to get his team out the first Saturday (my preferred day) after he checked out the house. And they finished it all in one day.
Julio knows what he's talking about. You can tell he's not new to this business.
His prices are competitive! I had the same kind of work done 5 years ago at my first property. I got a lot of estimates because I didn't know what was a good price for this sort of issue. Back then I went with the best estimate I received. Now I got the same done and a bit more done with the Echeverria Bros for a similar price. Not bad at all.
My house is old and the electric was equally old. I worried every time I left my house. Praying my house wouldn't be burnt to the ground by the time I got home. But now we feel safe.
I look forward to working with them again for some outdoor lighting. :)

It was easy to fix an appointment with Julio. He sent a text confirming that Leo will be arriving to take care of the installation of my ceiling fans.

Leo was on time, efficient and courteous. He completed the installs in under an hour. He also took care of the noise that the dimmer switch was causing.

Echeverria Bros are competitively priced. They will be my go to electrician for my future needs.

Julio Echeverria was hired through my Contractor to fix the electrical work from a prior contractor and have it meet code (price below is what she told me she paid him). Overall the work was done well and I love the under-cabinet lights; however, his guys were a bit brutal and damaged three of my cabinets, did poor quality caulking around the can lights in the living room and left the chandelier lights blinking every couple of seconds (this is still an issue but I do not want to call him to fix it because I cannot stand the idea of seeing him again). My biggest issue, however, was Mr. Echeverria's unprofessional behavior and violation of my personal space.

For some reason, when I first met him he decided to greet me with a hug instead of a professional handshake. I found this to be very weird. Whenever he came to the house over the few weeks his employees worked at my house he wanted a hug, which made me very uncomfortable. As I needed him to finish the work at my house I put up with it. He started with his arms wrapped around my shoulders and as time went by, he progressively moved his hands down my back. The last full hug he gave me, his hands were just above my rear and he placed a light kiss on my bare shoulders. I wanted to vomit.

In addition to his frisky hands, I would work out every morning and would be wearing workout gear, which is the time he would stop by and he made multiple comments about my body, so much so that I started wearing huge sweatshirts in my house until I knew he wouldn't be around. He even told me once about a dream he had of me. He would also text me with comments saying ""let's see when I can stop by to say hello to you"" and after me avoiding him by hiding in the back and ignoring his texts that he ""was here"" (at my house), I ""owe him two (hugs) for tomorrow (winky face)"".

By about this point I started making any excuse to not see him or be touched by him. He came by once when I didn't expect him and came into the office at the back part of the house (where no work was being done) just so he could get his hug. I was uncomfortable, but again, I needed him to finish since he was the electrician registered on the permit and I still didn't have it in me to be rude to him. Luckily I had my dog with me and was able to hold her between us so he could only give me a side hug. After this incident, I pretended to be on the phone every time I saw him so he would leave me alone. On one visit he knocked on my office door three times to get his hug but I was ""on the phone"" so he finally left.

The last time I saw him, I had come home and didn't expect him but luckily my husband was home along with the contractor and a lot of other people. I gave him a quick polite wave and ran to the back of the house to my husband and stuck to him like glue until Mr. Echeverria left.

I am absolutely disgusted by his unprofessional behavior. I am a married woman, a fact that Mr. Echeverria was fully aware. Even if I wasn't married, his behavior was unprofessional and unwanted.

Julio and his team were OUTSTANDING! Every member of his team was professional and very friendly. They used drop cloths in every work area to ensure no mess was left as well as cleaned and vacuumed anything left on the floor or surrounding area that the drop cloth did not catch. Their response time is very fast as well as their timeliness at the job site, Thourough, knowledgeable, and reliable. I will be spreading the work and I will certainly be using Escheverria Bros. for all future work at my home. I will be calling soon for more work that needs to be done. Julio was recommended by my home inspector, and I couldn't be happier with his work. His communication before, during and after the job was refreshing. For once I didn't have to chase a contractor down. He came out to my newly purchased home and pulled an old circuit box out of the closet and remounted it outside, grounded it, added a whole house surge protector (I'll never need to by another one again - who knew??) and cleaned up the entire wiring mess left by prior cable vendors. He eliminated several double taps of high voltage and rewired appropriately . He even added an additional outlet to the front of the house because he said I needed it - and didn't charge me for it! His crew was friendly, professional, neat and fast. Best of all, I was able to pay him in increments for the next few days after he completed his work. He told me he trusted me, and that was all I needed to hear. If you're looking for a good electrician for a good price and quality work, call Julio.

Sorry, have to be the discriminator in this one.. Called Julio on Wednesday and he was willing to set appointment for Friday, September 02. Informed him that Friday midday would be fine, and thus set appointment. Now, he did text me at 0700 and asked if he could ome earlier, (so, at least he earned one star for that ). I stated that I was at work , and would not be home until 11am. He then stated that that would be OK.
Waited at home from 11 am until 2 pm...
2 pm, I texted him and told him not to bother coming.
He did respond..with ""GOT it,Thanks! ""

However, he did not text at 11 to state whether he was running late.. or to at least give the courtesy of stating that he would not be able to make it.

Oh well, at least now I know who NOT to deal with.
It also makes me wonder about all the positive reviews...

Julio and his crew came to my home and did a fantastic job. Evaluated the problem and replaced poor workmanship from a prior electrician. Everything works like it should and it looks great too.

Julio and his crew are outstanding. I moved here 2 years ago, and have used Echeverria Bros Electric for my house, and barn, and at least 6 different projects. Every time they came out,
the job was done quickly, professionally, and at a very fair price. Julio is really great to work with, and we would not use anyone else for any electrical work. We rest easy knowing the job is always done right. Whether big jobs or small, they are the best!
