After the power kept going out in a bonus room, I had a single circuit breaker switch replaced. Eduardo was a lot younger than I expected but still very professional and knowledgeable at his job. He was in and out within an hour and definitely knew what he was doing. The only thing is after doing some research, I found that the job I had done was averaged to be about in the $209 and $249 range, but I was charged $325. It seemed high initially, but I was worried my problem was potentially hazardous so I wanted to get it done ASAP. Other than the high price, everything was done well and only time will tell to see if it fixed my problem.

Update: They came back out to fix the same problem again and gave me a $20 refund on the initial price.

The EC crew was fantastic to work with. Eduardo was standout, very professional and friendly. Super responsive, willing/happy to answer any questions, and they take ownership over the work. They were very clear with their plan, had no problems making adjustments, and followed up on outstanding items without us pushing. I wanted to make a change to the EV charger they installed and they took care of it no questions asked. Everything comes with a 2 year warranty as well which is great.

I had two issues. The kitchen fluorescent tube lighting was failing and would only turn on after several minutes. A bedroom outlet didn't have power. I didn't expect to have anyone come out so soon because it was already after 5:30 PM. Eduardo came within an hour and immediately started troubleshooting the lighting issues. It was obvious he knew a lot about electrical issues. Never hesitating and did a thorough analysis of the problems. Replaced the old fluorescent with LED lighting and solved the outlet issue. Pricing was very reasonable and I'm happy with the work. I would certainly call the company again if I have any future electrical issues.
