Bryan of ""Ebony & Ivory Electrical Solutions"" is a Master Electrician. In addition to being an expert at his trade, he is a consummate professional. I found him through Home Depot when I used their search engine to find someone who could repair or replace a large ceiling fan with lights. My inquiry was sent out to several electricians and he was the first to respond. His response was quick and he answered my questions in a very knowledgeable way, while discussing some of my options. At that time, his belief was that it would be less expensive for me to replace the fan, as opposed to trying to repair it. We agreed that I would purchase a fan and that, upon its arrival, he would install it. This is exactly what happened. After the fan was ordered, he and I set a tentative date for replacement. He arrived in a timely fashion; removed my old ceiling fan; packed it neatly for disposal; replaced my new fan and ensured that it was working and that I was satisfied. His work was complete and very clean... no messes left. He'd let me know that he was licensed and bonded and answered all of my questions about cost, form of payment, warranty and insurance. I was able to pay via credit card and felt that the cost was reasonable and fair. He used a square which sent me a receipt via my email. I have used different electricians over the years and there were many who only wanted cash or checks and rarely issued receipts unless prompted (if at all). This method of doing business always makes me weary. I feel assured that Bryan's work was top notch. However, because he observes the standard of issuing a receipt; and because he was prepared to accept more than just cash or checks, I feel more assured that if something was to go wrong, he would be able to rectify it without much difficulty. I would highly recommend using ""Ebony & Ivory Electrical Solutions"" for your home's electrical needs. He also does commercial and light industrial work, in case you or someone that you know is in need of that.
