If you are a woman please watch out for this company! I had a guy named Jorge check my AC unit that wasn't cooling and outside fan didn't turn on. He told me that I needed a brand new unit for 7K and the current unit is no hood, even though I bought it 5 years ago brand new. I asked if there was even a temporary fix until I could get a new unit and he told me no. Called another guy and he replaced the capacitor and a connector and the unit works great now. I don't know anything about HVAC so if I had not gotten a second opinion I'd be out 7K. Sucks how these companies like to take advantage of women so please beware of this company as they will definitely try to rip you off.
