Tom is great! He makes sure you are 100% satisfied before he leaves. He and his guys show up exactly on time and do a great job. So far they have installed an EV plug and changed out some light switches. Everything has been working perfectly. I would high recommend!

After unsuccessfully dealing with another unreliable Electrician for several months, I'd finally had enough. Recently had Eaton Electric out to service my residence, as I had a few outlets and several overhead lights that were out of commission. Upon speaking with Tom, we were able to set up a next day appointment to check out my issues. Eaton set a short two hour arrival window and actually showed up 15 minutes early. Seeing as I had set the beginning of my appointment window at the exact time I would be home, I had yet to arrive when Eaton called and said they were outside. I explained to the gentleman that I was on my way and that I would be there shortly. Rather than bail to the next job, as my previous Electrician did when he showed up 45 minutes early, Eaton's guys waited patiently. Upon my arrival, the Electricians were in and out in less than 10 minutes and had quickly solved my issue that had been plaguing me for months. Fast, professional, efficient, and friendly service from start to finish! Thanks Eaton Electric!

I was recommended to Tom by a friend for work I needed to have done at my business. I needed 2 things done. The first thing was something I should have seen myself so he didn't charge me at all even though he sent someone out. The second was something that could have been a bigger job but he found a really easy solution. He was a pleasure to deal with and I will definitely call him for some household work that we done.

We contracted Eaton Electric Inc as a recommendation from our realtor to correct some minor electrical issues identified in our home inspection in addition to installing three (3) ceiling fans in each of our bedrooms.

All I can say is that Eaton Electric was outstanding on all accounts. Their crew showed up on time were very friendly, curious, efficient, and an overall pleasure to have working in our home. They completed all their tasks to our complete satisfaction and even took the time and effort to answer generic questions regarding the electrical status of our new home. I would highly recommend them and in fact I will be contacting them shortly to do another job as well as have them to support two renovation projects that we are planning for the near future.

I think Eaton is one of the most reliable companies I have worked with with regards to fixing my home. They gave great prices, flexible times, finished the work when the said and showed up on time. I would recommend them for anyone needing help. They specifically helped me with light fixtures, recessed lights, and installing ceiling fans. They were great, not much else more to say about them. Give them a try.

Eaton Electric came out to do a job and then sent a proposal of $286.13 to install a TV outdoors and fix a light as stated in proposal.

Two electricians show up and they charged me for 2 electricians @ $95 an hour EACH = $380 plus parts and hand over a bill for $420.00

They did EXACTLY what was discussed and sent in proposal - nothing more - nothing less.

This is just NOT OK! What is the use of sending a proposal if you not going to stick to it??

Tom has been great. I use Eaton at our business at Mona Lisa Italian Foods in Little Italy and at my personal residence. Excellent work and honest pricing. I would recommend Eaton Electric to anyone.

Eaton Electric was prompt and efficient, once we were finally able to get a hold of them. I don't know if we're high maintenance or what, but it seemed like we had to call at least three times in order to get a call back for scheduling (first for the estimate, then for the actual work.) We were on a tight deadline as the work needed to be done prior to move in, so that may have had something to do with it.

That being said, Tom and his team were always on time, which is something that doesn't seem to happen with other contractors in our experience, so that's a huge plus. The pricing was reasonable for the work (installing fans, tv mounts, etc.) and they were upfront about the fact they don't do the drywall replacement (if necessary.) They also provided information on a provider that would follow behind them to fix that all up, which we appreciated since we're still pretty green in regard to home maintenance. They also didn't do any additional work without first checking with us and notifying of any potential price differences from the quotes.

Overall, we'd use Tom and Eaton Electric again for our electrical repair/upgrade needs.

I was referred to Eaton Electric by a friend who spoke highly of them. Tom arrived on time as stated for the estimate. I was concerned about the location of the wall switch and Tom made a great recommendation to install a set of Lutron wall switches that allow wireless connectivity so that I can have the wall switches placed anywhere. I agreed and I am very happy with the end result. Tom and his associate showed up on the installation date on time and worked very efficiently to install two light fixtures and the corresponding wall switches. Everything looked perfect and his cost did not change from the estimate provided.

Quote you one price and charges something completely different even for very much a standard project. My wife and I had a horrible experience with Tom and Eaton Electric and what was supposed to be a quick 400 dollar job turned into being charged 650 and than we needed to find another contractor and paid him 500 to fix the mess Eaton Electric left behind. Also would have been nice if they communicated w my wife that took the day off work before ripping out large pieces of drywall. Left the job with huge holes in our kitchen. Very disturbing to see a company like this still in business.
