Bought a house as-is which needed many repairs and lots of electrical work. Called Patrick Eastman who came out promptly and helped with repairs and new installations. This guy is scary and abusive - at least that was my experience with him. I wouldn't let him into my home again, and I wouldn't want my friends to. Example: I sent him a check paying his bill in full about a week after I got his invoice. Before he received it, he call me up and yelled at me, threatening to put a lien on my house. Even though explained that (1) 30 days is pretty standard, and I was a lot more prompt than that, and (2) the check was already in the mail, through WF BillPay, and that it takes a few days that way. Nothing calmed him down - I was really shaken. He seems to be not-quite-sane.
