Wow, I'm blown away by how easy working with Nshan was. I'll admit, I'm pretty clueless when it comes to electricity stuff and our condo had been having problems with running multiple high-power items at once (ie. AC + dishwasher). Our circuit breaker would always trip! After this hot weekend, it happened 4 times in one day and we knew something was really wrong.

I found Nshan by searching for local electricians through Yelp's ""request a quote"" feature, and he responded promptly, even on a Sunday of a 3 day weekend, and I ultimately chose to go with him over other electricians based on his quick response time and great communication. He let me know upfront in our chats what his price was to diagnose and that if it were a small fix, it would be included in the diagnosis cost but a larger project would mean that the diagnosis cost would be applied to the overall job. I really appreciated how he thoroughly
communicated that to me prior to setting an appointment and that he was so upfront!

I know now that taking the chance on East West Electric was the right move. Nshan and his partner came in with masks and were incredibly respectful. Our branch circuit is in our small garage and I noticed how he tried to carry his equipment carefully between our cars as to not hit them.

He took a look at the branch circuit and showed me what the problem was and carefully explained what we were looking at (I had no idea) and showed me where he thought the problem was. He even offered a phased approach to replace one part first to see if it would work and if not, replace the entire panel only if we needed to.

In the end, he replaced the circuit breakers and left but the power went out again about 20 min after. I quickly texted him to let him know and he came back right away. He then found another breaker that needed to be replaced and was certain it was the root cause. Once fixed, he stuck around for another 20 minutes while we ran all the high-power appliances in the house to ensure it wouldn't go out again - and it didn't!

If you stuck around to this part of the review, wow, thanks for reading my long story. But at this point you can understand how great my experience was. He even texted me 30 minutes after he left the second time to confirm everything was still working! Really can't say enough great things about his service. Will definitely be contacting East West Electric for all future electrical needs/repairs!

Good team work. I asked these guys to help me with a number of electric jobs.
They hanged a new ceiling light, removed an old motion sensor, installed a new flood ring camera, replaced a Ballast on a ceiling light fixture and a timer switch.

We contacted and hired East West Electric for multiple electrical upgrades. They responded quickly, and came out for an estimate within a few days. The day of work they arrived on time and where very polite, nice and cleaned up as they worked.
We had them install multiple outlets in the garage, a bathroom ceiling fan, new outside security lights and a light above our garage. We also asked them to change an additional 4 light fixtures (no new wiring, just fixtures) and they were happy to oblige.
We would definitely hire them again and would recommended them to friends and family.

If you're like me and you're reading all of the five star reviews and wondering if they're real I can tell you at least from me, it sure is! After moving into a rental we realized there were a few electrical issues that needed to be addressed. Having just moved here I didn't have anyone to call so I turned to yelp. After a bit of research I called one company and waited two days and never heard back. So I tried EAST WEST, and I'm so glad I did! Not only did the technician come 10 minutes after my call but the work was completed the next morning. I'm sure I got lucky with an appointment cancellation because there's no way that somebody this good would have that kind of free time. The technicians wore masks and were knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. The job was done perfectly and all within 24 hours of my initial phone call, I don't know how you can get better than that. I can't speak to their prices because I have no one to compare it to but with service like this I won't be calling anyone else anyway! When we finally BUY, they'll be our Electricians. Thanks guys!

He arrived exactly at the start of the time window,,,,,, he checked the fans for safety in terms of atttchment to the ceiling and showed me how to replace my light bulbs on the fan. Courteous, quick, and very bright.

Had them come out and install had them replace a chandelier, dimmer switch, ceiling fan and fix and outlet. The work was done quickly and proficiently. The price was very reasonable. I would have them come out again.

They did a great job converting my 120 volts to 220 volts for my new washer and dryer. Vartan and his partner did a wonderful job. They both wore masks and shoe covers and were very professional and quick. I would recommend them for any electrical work needed!

East West installed a new 200A panel in less than a day and all the worked passed inspection without any issues. Nshan handled all the work with the county and took care of everything. I will definitely use them again.
