He called me 30 minutes prior to confirm that he was on his way he showed up took care of the problem exactly what he ""d out a very reasonable price did not try to charge me extra more for any reason.

What I liked about him is how professional he was during the process. He definitely has earned my business and I will continue to call him all the time ! garbage disposal working perfect without any additional work what more can I ask for exceptional service provided .

This was my first time using East West Electric. Because of the service I received today, they have earned a new, dedicated customer. I had a simple project - to replace and install a new flush-mount ceiling lamp. I'm an idiot when it comes to electrical things and wanted to pay someone to help me with this installation. I found East West on Yelp and decided to try them because of the excellent rating they received over a large number of posted reviews. I called and spoke to Vartan - the best experience. He was able to come to my place the same-day! Incredible demeanor; fast, neat, impeccable work; his tools and equipment were clean and top-notch; awesome professionalism; I was most impressed with the funny shower-cap booties he put on over his boots before entering my home to ensure things remained footprint-free - I mean, who does that these days?? In addition to installing my ceiling lamp, he was happy to replace, on the fly, the lamp's old on/off wall-switch with a new dimmer switch he happened to have on hand. Most importantly, the price was reasonable and fair and the end result was exactly what I'd hoped for and more. Although my request was simple, based on chatting with him, it was clear Vartan possesses the kind of competent, reliable knowledge and experience for larger, more sophisticated projects. Had a wiring issue and needed help on a Sunday...reached out to several electricians on yelp and Nshan was the first to reply. He did a FaceTime call with me to see if he could figure out what was going on without billing me (which is a huge courtesy most professionals won't extend), and when we couldn't get it working over the phone he came out. Was fast to arrive (lived just a few miles from me), fixed the issue quickly, and even took care of something else as well. Reliable, trustworthy, would 100% hire again if needed.

I called East West Electric this morning. I had a circuit of outlets in my house that went out this morning. Unfortunately, they run all of my office machines, internet, phones, etc. I troubleshot it as far as I could. I went to Yelp and found the high reviews for East West. I called and Vartan said he could be at my house within 30 minutes! Sure enough he arrived in 25 minutes. He was extremely courteous right off the bat. I apologized and told him I just had surgery and could not help him move furniture or anything. He said no, please Eddie and I will do everything. In trying to narrow the problem down, he politely asked if it was ok to turn off other breakers. Vartan and Eddie methodically went through each segment of the electrical circuit and found a shorted neutral on one of the outlets. His professionalism is impeccable. In today's age it's extremely hard to find a real professional in ANY field. Vartan stands out as such!

We've worked with several electricians over the years, with mixed results. We spent some time mining Yelp for a company that, based on other reviews, seemed to have the level of service we were looking for - we have an older house, and having an electrician we trust is uber important. We have had East West Electric come to our house twice now and both times the results have been five stars, from initial contact to job completion. Most recently, we had a minor electrical emergency on Super Bowl Sunday, in the evening. We sent a note to East West through yelp, and they responded in less than 15 minutes, setting up an appointment with us for the next day. They always call before arrival, so you know they're nearby, and they are always on time. Beyond that, they are knowledgeable, polite (they wear booties to keep the floors clean!) and fair with their fees, all of which is beyond appreciated. Highly recommend.

Use these guys!!! I had been looking for a while for a reliable electrician to install some security cameras on the exterior of our house. I found these guys on Yelp and their excellent reviews are VERY WELL DESERVED! Nshan is beyond professional, answering me promptly any time I emailed or texted him. He and his crew installed the cameras quickly and made sure to talk me through everything that they could do, and help me with the app on my phone that they are linked to. Oh, and by the way - Nshan ended up charging me less than the price he originally quoted because the job ended up being slightly less complicated than he originally thought it would be. Let me repeat that - HE CHARGED ME LESS THAN HE QUOTED. What else can I say - these guys are now my go-to electricians! Thanks Nshan to you and the rest of your team!
