East West Electric is my new go-to company for all things electrical. My experience kind of felt like that commercial where you push the ""easy"" button. Nshan was very quick to respond to my Yelp request for a quote. He was easy to talk to and demonstrated the utmost care and professionalism. Nshan and his fellow technician showed up with ladders of varying sizes and were able to access electrical wiring on a vaulted ceiling about two stories high in a precarious location over the stairs. They were also able to replace my smoke detectors, including my Nest Protect. I could not be happier with the entire experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend East West Electric without any reservations!

Highly recommend Nshan! Turned up early and fully Covid ready including booties and was quick to assess our issue.
It turned out to be a much bigger issue than what we thought and it's now unfortunately up to our landlord to (hopefully!!) move forward with fixing the problem. Nonetheless, Nshan was friendly, professional, super knowledgeable and talked through everything with us, calmed our concerns and explained things in a very helpful way. Would definitely choose this company again without reservation!

Couldn't be happier! I needed a couple of small electrical repairs so I called around for estimates. East West Electric gave me a very reasonable quote after I sent over some photos of what I needed done. Martin & his technician were quick, skilled, communicative & tidy. They completed the work & were even able to install an outdoor light that was missing its wall bracket! Martin also took the time to answer all my questions. I felt at ease & comfortable. We had a midnight scare last night. The ceiling fixture in the bathroom blew up. I called first thing this morning and Nshan worked me into his schedule right away. He was at my home by 9:30 am, and diagnosed the issue. After I ran out to buy new fixtures for the bathroom, he came back and installed them today. THANK YOU!

Vartan is an outstanding electrician. Each task was completed perfectly. He kept me informed if anything out of the ordinary came up. Everyone worked very hard and was very respectful.

Customer service is outstanding. I was very concerned that I would be left with dust all over the furniture and floors. Vartan addressed this when he submitted the estimate. He said he would protect everything. He delivered because the bedrooms and hallways were spotless after the work was completed.

As for pricing, East West is very fair. Vartan tells you his estimate is firm. He will hold up his end even if there is something that wasn't anticipated becomes evident.

Vartan and team are as good as it gets. You will be very pleased with East West. Without hesitation, I highly recommend them.

If you look up the definition of a skilled, thoughtful, kind, dependable, efficient, clean and reasonable electrician in the dictionary, you'll find a picture of Nshan and East West Electric. What more can I say? The guy even entertains my terrible jokes.

We had a great experience with East West Electric. We lost power on one entire side of our home, including the kitchen, and I was afraid we were looking at a major, costly repair. I called East West, based on their excellent reviews, and Vartan and Eddie were at my house the same afternoon. Vartan asked me a few questions and got to work figuring out what was wrong. Before long, they had identified the problem, fixed it, and all the power was back. And the charge for the service was reasonable and fair. Outstanding value. They were efficient, honest, friendly, and great about explaining everything in a way I could understand. All Covid protocols followed- they even put paper coverings over their boots so the floors didn't get dirty! I plan to call on them again for any electrical issues, and recommend them highly.

I had to replace an old sub panel and install an EV charger in the garage. Vartan was really professional, patient and dedicated throughout the entire process, starting from the first visit to provide a free quote, then communicating over the following days to answer questions and provide a written estimate, and lastly to do the work. Really clear explanations about all the work, very knowledgeable, detailed estimate, great warranty for parts and labor, competitively priced, and impeccable job doing the actual electrical work. Would totally recommend their services.
