As part of the family of companies that are included with One Hour Heating service, I've been having Mister Sparky and Benjamin Franklin plumbing coming out annually for check ups for roughly the past 10 years.

Last week, my technician, Ray Comacho impressed me. He showed up on time. Very professional and courteous. He took the time to wear the ""booties"" while in my home (not all do). He was very thorough. Spot checked my entire home. He answered all my questions, tightened connections on the fuse boxes and even opened up light switches and outlets in my home. Finally, he even changed the batteries in my smoke alarms. In my 10 years of receiving service from Mister Sparky, NOBODY has done as good as job as Ray had. Job well done!

I reached out to schedule an appointment and clearly outlined what I needed to be done prior to the tech arriving. While they were prompt and available (next day), the tech who arrived was clueless in 3-way switch wiring. Not only did I have to pay a trip charge for nothing to be done, they had the nerve to try and give me an estimate of over $500 to diagnose a GFI plug that was not working along with $135 per 3-way switch. Such a waste of time and I would not recommend AT ALL.

I want to express my gratitude for the great service provided by Angelo Delaney. He took the time to explain the wiring in our home. We recently had our garage remodeled so we weren't sure about the location of circuit breakers. Angelo went above and beyond the job requirements.

I have used this service twice and they have been amazing. Professional, on-time and very experienced. I've been burned by other electricians before. These guys can't be beat. I had this guy, Ray Camacho, as my tech. He is super knowledgeable. Ask for this guy if you can. He is the real-deal.

Angelo followed Covid protocol, checked everything and explained everything very well. He made recommendations on what needs to be done and I look forward to having him back in my home to do the work. My dog is usually afraid of strangers and she took to him right a way. Angelo is well spoken, considerate and I think smart.

As in previous read reviews, Guillermo is all they made him out to be! Great guy. Very reassuring and knowledgeable. All we've done so far is received estimate and set up service date. Very accomadating and reasonable price. Let's just hope for a great job!

I recently bought my childhood home and needed to replace my 57 year old main panel with a new one. I reached out to several different electricians, including Guillermo with Mister Sparky, he was one of the many electricians that came to give me an estimate. By the time Guillermo showed up, I had already dealt with multiple people. They all listened to my issue and they all said the same thing to me without checking anything out: ""I will send you an estimate."" But, Guillermo was different, he listened and took note of the many issues. Once I was done explaining everything, he asked: if I mind if he took 20 minutes to check out the issues. At that point, I was pretty much sold on going with Mister Sparky, and I'm glad I did because Guillermo was great. I had him come over multiple times to work on other smaller projects while we waited for PG&E to come out and do what they needed to do in order for Guillermo to replace the panel. During the multiple visits Guillermo fixed a bunch of smaller electrical issues that we had with the house including hanging a new ceiling fan, installing several interior & exterior lights, and replacing several amateur light switch jobs. My wife was really happy with all those fixes. Guillermo is good dude, and he did a wonderful job installing our new panel. There hasn't been any issues and I looked forward to working with Mister Sparky & Guillermo in the future.
