Mike Hart showed up at my home to install a Ring Floodlight Camera. When he arrived, I expressed I was not sure how best to mount it, because the directions said it should be at least 9 ft off the ground. I live in a townhome and did not have nine ft before reaching the soffit. I asked if it could be installed into the soffit as I had seen some people do, as an alternative to the standard vertical installation which would have been 71/2- 8 ft off the ground. Mike immediately lost his temper and headed back inside his vehicle, saying how he doesnt have time for this. I went after him and he would not roll down his window or slow down(all this transpired after being at my home for under 10 minutes. I have never experienced that kind of short temper, or lack of professionalism. I recommend avoiding Mike Hart at ALL COSTS... I AM STILL IN SHOCK. WHAT A HORSE'S ASS!!! It's really a shame because I work in Real Estate and could have thrown him some referrals if he were not so short tempered and belligerent.
