As part of our agreement with your warranty company, we need to provide a diagnosis for authorization prior to completing any repairs. After receiving authorization, we will schedule a follow-up visit. Please review your entire contract and reach out to your warranty company if you have any questions. We are committed to providing the warranty company with an accurate and professional diagnosis. Should your warranty refuse the repairs, it is not a reflection of our diagnosis. If we incorrectly diagnose an issue or if a repair we made stops functioning, the warranty will cover our return to resolve the problem at no cost to you. There are occasions when the warranty will deny repairs based on the circumstances surrounding the issue. If this happens, reach out to us to perform the repairs independently of the warranty. We sincerely apologize to customers who have expressed dissatisfaction due to misconceptions about repair denials. Rest assured, we strive to resolve your electrical issues and complete all necessary repairs covered by your warranty. We service multiple homes each day and aim to provide a schedule that meets your needs. Should you be unavailable during our agreed appointment time, your warranty provider may impose a fee for our return. These service calls can be complex. Stay away if you're using them through a home warranty claim. We had a broken fan. They submitted their report saying it was physical damage, not wear and tear. That would mean someone would have had to climb on a ladder 15ft to break the fan. Seriously. Clearly an agent of the insurance company.
