Eric (and son) installed a new main electrical panel for me. He was easy to work with, responsive to calls, showed up when he said he would, completed the job in one day, and the power was back on when I got home. Nice job too. Even the building inspector commented on the clean installation.

Our regular electrician was out of town, so we called E&S today. Eric arrived in less than 45 minutes, made and quick assessment and diagnosed the problem right away. He is professional, friendly, and no nonsense. He explained everything thoroughly. He had replacement pieces on hand ready to do work. Life saver.

My husband and I spent an entire day trying to diagnose why half the outlets stopped working in the kitchen. After being unsuccessful DIY'ers I called Eric. He had the problem diagnosed in under a minute and everything working in about 10. As a bonus, he cleared out some unsightly pipe and wire in our backyard that had been improperly installed. This wire connected our outside outlets to a common outlet shared with our kitchen ones and was causing the short. Not only are our kitchen outlets working again, but our backyard is much safer. He is extremely professional, on time, and efficient. He is coming back in a few weeks to rewire light switches in my bathrooms.

Eric was referred to me by Regina Plumbing (another great contractor) and he is great. Shows up on time with everything he needs, is trustworthy and reliable. The first time he installed some lighting and I just had him run wiring for an automatic gate. Eric....You rock!!!!!

Eric was a great help in repairing a garage fluorescent fixture and linked incandescent utility light that had not worked since we moved in.
He was on time, listened, came prepared with replacement parts and fixed it readily.
I was curious (for my next attempted DIY) and he kindly walked me through the fundamentals--still quite happy that he did it correctly, than if I futzed with it.

Given the house call, I had other lingering electrical questions that he helped with. Checking other GFC outlets and explaining how the house was wired--more clear than what our home inspection had done. Reassuring.

Also kindly offered other advise and recommendations.

I've hired Eric twice since the first time. 1 - hooked up hot tub. 2 - New porch light with dimmer, door bell, utility light with dimmer, temperature controller for tank-less hot water heater and a couple of repairs. As before - fast, efficient, reasonable and great to work with. Why would I ever hire anyone else?

Ok, my last review E&S Electric was 15 months ago and everything still holds true. I used E&S Electric again for another project in the Bay Area. The pressure was definitely on... 11 days, yes 11 days before Christmas Day, my wife and I decided to remodel our master bathroom in time for 30 dinner guests for Christmas. Luckily we had an idea in mind, and Eric was a key contributor by getting all of the work done in 2 days... installation of can lights, new bathroom fan / light / heater, converting a single circuit that ran our master bedroom and bathroom, into 3 circuits with floor tile heating as well. I said in my last review that Eric is better than good, he is an Electrical Rockstar! He is fast, very focused on getting the task done, and his work is extremely clean. Thanks again for a 2nd fantastic performance.

One word: AWESOME! Eric came out to bid on some electrical upgrades I needed before moving into our new house. He basically took the time and schooled my on how upgrading needed outlets, rather than the entire house (tearing up sheet-rock, etc.) was all I needed for now. He gave a quote and day/time he can do the work. Completed everything as promised and stuck to the quote. Really easy! Thanks!
