We had an electrical issue where our AFCI breaker would randomly trip. Nothing had changed in our house and I was unable to troubleshoot issue (I have some electrical knowledge). I called up several places and they were all apprehensive about coming out to our place to figure it out. I really didn't blame them as these types of problems can be really difficult to diagnose / fix.

Rich was extremely helpful on the phone and actually came out to our place the next day. He discovered the issue (a wiring problem I introduced 3 years ago but didn't cause a problem until recently) and was able to get it fixed. Rich was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. His rates were very reasonable as well. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and would highly recommend him to anyone else.

Richard installed 2 transfer switch boxes on 2 different houses and did a great job. He showed up on time, very respectful of home, left the job area clean and clearly explained how to hook up generator to transfer switch. Richard was patient and took the time to make sure that I understood how to connect back up power.
