Dishonest. We needed an electrician to run a wire to hook up an electric water heater. The guy who delivered the water heater recommended Ehren of EMB, which is his company. Ehren brought two helpers along and charged us the hourly rate for three people to do this job. On top of that he double charged us for the time spend, charging us for four hours work when they were here for two hours. We have documentation of this via text message and cell phone call times.

Of course we should not have paid the bill, but my wife wasn't sure what was reasonable and hadn't looked closely enough at the bill. I called him and complained and we agreed that he'd mail a check to refund a third of the labor cost by a certain date. He didn't. I called and gave him another chance, telling him if the check was not received we would contact the person who referred him and also post negative reviews. He promised to send the check. He didn't. I hope this review can save others from his dishonest and unethical practices.
