Both good and bad. Second appointment with qualified electrician (Leo) went well. He knew what he was doing, retrieved supplies needed, corrected for the first botched service by another electrician and did the job required. First electrician was not only unable to finish the job satisfactorily but made changes to system that needed correction. Disappointed that I was not offered partial refund on portion of first service that was botched.

Company is pricey, but answered phone call, most electrician services dont ever answer phone calls or return messages. after coordinations and communications were agreed to, communications were fast and timely all done thru text message. service was on time as scheduled. Electrician was helpful, courteous, knowledgeable. Even wore a mask although had been vaccinated.

We hired EI Electrical to help relocate the washer dryer outlets and are very satisfied with their service. Dan, who was assigned to our project, was able to come up with a clever solution that saved us money. Dan was professional, efficient and very pleasant - and seemed totally fine with the tight crawl space that he had to work in! Will definitely ask for him on our next project.

The company did great job installing the nema 14-50 socket. They kept there work area fairly clean and cleaned after the work was done. The workers were very friendly and had problem answering my questions while working. I would recommend the company to my friend

Easy to get an appointment. Daniel was prompt, friendly and helped us figure out the best placement for our Ring security camera. Took pride in his work and when the cord cover was a bit crooked he redid it so it was perfectly straight. Great service!

I have to retract my previous review. I had my work done in January, it is now April. Thy CEO of the company noticed my review and called to rectify my problem. Today he himself came was pleasant and put my sound bar back to my satisfaction. Yes, my sound bar! He treated me as if I was wiring my whole apartment. I am an old man and I thought that kind of service was all gone. Absolutely NOT. I am glad thier company STILL treats thier customers with old fashioned service. I would highly recommend them. These guys were great! Awesome communication before, during and after the job. Daniel was friendly, professional, efficient and he broke out a little vacuum to clean up after the job! When he left the job was complete and we could immediately use it. He explained everything and was so helpful with a few other electrical questions unrelated to the job he was doing. Will definitely hire EI for future projects! Service + aloha = a win I my book!
