We had an appointment scheduled for this past Tuesday to get an estimate on a generator. We scheduled this more than a month ago because they said they couldn't get here any earlier than this date. We had to call Monday to remind them and request a scheduled time. They told us they would be here sometime between noon and 4pm. So we stayed home and waited for him. At 4pm, we had not heard from them. So my husband had to call them and the guy said he was still in Davie on another job. He said he would reschedule for today (thursday) and said he would be here at 11 am. At 11:20, there was still no word from him. So once again, my husband had to take the initiative and call the guy to find out what was going on. The guy was still in Davie and said that maybe he could get here this afternoon. It is now 4pm and we have not heard a word.

Forget this company, they are a joke. We will work through Home Depot.

Outstanding and Professional Company. Norberto is professional and has a team of professional disciplines who know the permit process down to a science. We highly recommend his services. His follow-up was impressive. It took 2 mos from the signing of the contract to the actual installation to include inspection and CO. We just installed a 22KW Generac. If you are wondering why did not give it the 5 stars it is b/c they never came back to pick up the old generator! My husband had to take it apart. No big deal.

Called and talked to Norbert the owner. He was very informative over the phone and he came by the house soon after.
He drove me to a couple of installations in the area and showed me his work. I was able to talk to the homeowners who were also very happy with him.
I signed the contract with him and installation of a natural gas Generac Guardian 22 KW was done promptly. His crew was very friendly.
I signed a maintenance agreement with him and I cannot foresee any issues if I ever need him in an emergency.

Honest! Big word in my book and this is the best way to describe Norberto and his team. In a desperate time they came through for my mother and got her generator up and running. Our generator was in need of major maintenance/repairs and Norberto took care of everything for her. He was honest, professional, reasonably priced and compassionate with my us, like if it were his own family in need of power.

I can't say enough about this man and his company. Only one handling the maintenance and repairs or our generator is Norberto and his team. Thank you so much for helping my mom in a time of need.
